I'm 1 year older than u but same i got into anime around that age too and what got me into anime was a horror anime called another.. lol that's because i was reccomended by my internet friend and also k-on. Then i got into the romance genre and watch kaichou wa maid sama, special a, kamisama kiss, ouran, ao haru ride, yona, hyouka and literally every shoujo anime including the older one like gakuen alice, fruit basket, etc. Then i also watch other genres shounen, seinen, action, comedy etc and i became a total weeb 😂.I got hooked into k-drama after watching mischievous kiss, i was like omg real life version of anime!!! 😂 But the first one i watched was secret garden. I remember watching it with my mom on tv. We used to watch romance series together lol. Man i miss that time. My childhood especially around 2010-2016 was truly the best time of my life. High school and adult life sucks hell cus im depressed.

That was the first chinese drama i watched lol. Stumbled upon it on youtube thinking it was korean (i was lured by yang yang) and then binge watched it till the end. That got me into cdrama, before that i only watch kdrama and anime. I remember it being good and was so invested in it except for the disappointing ending. But that was almost 10 years ago (wtf 2015 is already 10 years ago?) back when i was still in middle school so my standart may have changed now but it still hold a special place in my heart.

Yeah lmao that one is just pushing it. Call me shallow but it's one of the reason i still haven't watch Rebel Princess, i just can't get pass that. In no way she look anywhere near 20s or late 20 and now they're getting ridiculous by casting her to play a 16 year old. Idc how good of an actress someone is, it just doesn't work. This always happens in historical drama since most of the characters are teenage age but at least it's not as crazy as that. And i agree although tan songyun looks nothing like a real 15 year old (most actress don't anyway lol), she's better than many of those drama especially since she's 30. Only real reenagers and early to mid 20's actress could really pull off playing 16 year old and maybe young looking late 20 to 30 actress eventhough that's already kinda silly. But a 40 year old? And the FL? i can still forgive 18 year old but in no way does she look 15. Yeah like not every drama has to be complicated, dramatic, having love triangle and lot of misunderstandings. Sometimes "plotless" drama where the relationship works smoothly all the time is good too. I love how well match they are, the mutual understanding and how they're supportive of each other. I also love the cozy vibes. Yeah if all dramas are like this then it will be boring, but it's rare so that's why i think this one is a breath of fresh air. No annoying ML or FL or exes. This is one of my comfort drama especially after watching some depressing drama.

I mean eventhough they're adults, it's still the first relationship for both of them iirc. When they first become official how many days has it been since they dated? How many times have they been meeting up with each other? in my opinion, it's natural to be awkward and shy still considering both of their personality. I like the slow flow of progress instead of them just suddenly being passionate. I usually cringed at how fast characters changed the way they act right after they got official but what do i know i'm single.
Fyi, there are actually a shy person like FL or worser like me who is socially awkward and nervous a lot so i kinda relate with FL. That's the biggest reason of why i've ever been in a relationship in my 23 years of life. I never really talk to guys aside from friends then again it never just us two as it would be awkward but i masked it kinda well by acting like normal or prefer to just avoid them. If the person i like somehow likes me back i don't even have the bravery to accept it. So FL is better off than me.
And about ML i don't think he's shy, more like gentle, calm, and polite? That's just the way he is, he acts that way with his friend too, right? He also realized that FL is shy that's why he's being considerate of her and doesn't want to come on too hard. Like when his friends teased them together, he's like "hey, don't do that she's shy"
