I swear if anyone else dies from poison till the end of the year I will beat senseless the director :P Enough…
You are one funny person, my friend. In that day and age, that is the easiest way to eliminate people close to you. The duke is smart. He gives his wife candied fruits soaked in the sweet that will react negatively to the medicine she's taking. That's quite brilliant of the son of a gun. The most unspeakable thing he did that made me want to slap him stupid was accusing his son of getting his mom's maid pregnant. First, he accused his son of not visiting home when he was in the capital, and then he accused him of having a relationship with the maid. He almost had him beaten to death. All because he hated him so much. The conspiracy of the bandit gang was another thing. There are so many factions at play targeting Yantang and Zhao. For what?
I was on edge when the bandits were at the residence. Like damn FL was so freaking badass! And the sis… gosh.…
Her husband called her his heroine😁😁😁That's a well-deserved title. I just finished episode 23 and was on the edge of my seat. Unfortunately, Ming has to pay for her mother's sins. Ming's mother caused the death of Zhao's mom and also wants Zhao dead. She brought bandits to the city and caused the death of so many innocent lives. She doesn't know she's just someone else's pawn. What do they say about not throwing stones when living in a glass house? Yantang's dad is also going to pay for what he's doing. He killed his wife and tried to get rid of his daughter-in-law and his son. What a despicable human being!
I finally finished this drama. I loved the leads' interactions. Unsurprisingly, the third brother fell in love with her after discovering they weren't siblings. I also loved how Yinig calls him "san ge" all the time. Even in the final scene, she still calls him the third brother. On another note, the obsessive Marquis was nothing to write home about. How obsessive can a person be to prepare a bridal chamber without a bride for years? Even without the third brother in the FL's life, how would she return to such a person when his ex-wife pushed her off a cliff because of him? It was such a beautiful work of art.
How I hate the fifth uncle and the seventh wife😠😠😠 Why is Zhao's dad letting his brother decide the affairs of his children? Zhao works hard to earn her money, yet her stupid father's wife wants it for her daughter's dowry. I just finished watching episode 11 when she rushed home to see her grandma. I'm so upset that the stupid wife is there waiting for her and taunting her about marrying the stupid Marquis who is in love with her daughter. Didn't Song Mo realize she didn't mean it when she said they should never see each other again? Didn't he know that it was because she didn't want him to get revenge for his uncle?
This drama is absolutely stupidly good. If only they know there is a green snake under the green grass preventing them from being together. Let's say the wicked friend was young and stupid as a teenager when she sent the text message and blocked the ML. What is her excuse now? He already told her he's not interested in her. Why on earth is she doing this? It reminds me of George Michael's Careless Whispers.
She didn’t lie to the grandmother. She told her everything. Not entirely sure why you think she didn’t. The…
Episode one ended with the lie, but episode two started with her telling Grandma the truth. So, I wrote the comment after episode one and went back to edit after watching two.
Yes played by the same actor, that guard identity is still unknown whether he’s seunghwi’s doppalganger/twins…
I think the same actor plays both roles. I saw an actor play three roles in a traditional Thai drama. He played himself, his twin, and his dad. I felt sorry for him. The female lead also played herself and his mom. That's a lot of lines to learn.
Why did she lie and take her friend's identity? The grandmother would have cared for her regardless, especially since she was her granddaughter's friend. Even from how her friend cared for her, she knew her family wouldn't be like her former master's family. Now, she must keep lying to cover up the first lie. I was proud of her in episode 2 when she told Grandma the truth. Episode one got me angry fo nothing.
My favourite moment was when the Marquis took the bracelet off himself and ended up crying like mad. He WAS a…
I thought the Marquis was a true honorable gentleman. It's so funny the two brothers are in love with the same girl!😂😂😂 I agree with you. I liked the way that time was not wasted on issues that don't make sense and the casts had important roles that enriched the story.
I don't get it. Didn't Yingying's mom know you only have friends in the good times? Mrs. Zhao and her husband don't see YY as a good match for their son anymore, so the visit was to cancel the engagement between the families. I don't like her. She was so condescending towards YY's family. Even if Mrs. Zhao is willing, YY should never allow her daughter to be married into a family that would look down on her because of what happened to her family.
The Marquis was sweet, and he did check several times. Think it was just wishful thinking. Loved his guard…”ah…
That was so painful. I saw the forehead flicking in the Korean drama, "The Gentleman and the Lady," which was so funny. LMM took advantage of the situation. What sort of flirting is that?
It is such a beautiful story. I like that issues are addressed quickly and not dragged on for several episodes. The Four Bamboo Masters did a remarkable job loving and caring for one another.
The funniest part of this drama for me was when the marquis put the bracelet on Miaomiao and went from "I'm sorry, I have someone I like" to "When are we getting married?" Even the guy couldn't believe his ears. He had already accepted his fate and that she belonged to someone else, and the sudden change of heart blew him away. At that moment, I think he considered himself the luckiest man on earth.
