Lol, we don't hate it😻. I haven't watched TTEotM but I have heard some saying similar. At the end of the day, WD has really bad resources. His 4 year gap is also a real problem as investors want traffic/ security.

I'll prob get scolded here... He was a fav of the 'Silent Reading' book fans to play 'Fei Du'. He did the audition but didn't get it. The chances of him getting it were small as it was during the time when nothing was released, & investors weren't going to go for a risk. I'm just happy something's getting aired😅, & hope it continues...

Definitely 'Bloody Romance.' His acting there was phenomenal. He plays the complicated and full of contradictions 'Gongzi.' In addition, the art direction in this indie drama was beautiful & surreal. Plus the music, especially the OST was 💯.

There's also the movie 'Yin-Yang Master: Dream of Eternity. He plays 2 chars. One, an old master; the other, a puppet in love. He was very 'Yandere' here & in 'Bloody Romance'.

Wow, you're hitting the nail on the head. The author also said NXY was stained by the 7 mortal senses in his time in the mortal realm. This went against his original form & nature as Tian Ming/Destiny Book.

I don't know how this drama's going to end, but the type of gothic-like Xianxia you mentioned would be so WD👀.

It's 1 of his 3 chars. In the ending credits, he's dressed in Gold with SZN flying backwards off the platform. TM is immortal & from the Heavenly Realm.

Yeah, they even gave him the 'Gongzi' dark green for his way down. I agree, I think it's a waste of WD to play like this the whole way. But I'm guessing they're going to contrast it with the 'Tian Ming' char.

They released clips of BB & WD transforming into Zhao Ming & Tian Ming. So it looks like they're coming online soon🔥. Maybe we'll regret saying NXY was too nice, as I heard TM is cold, powerful, & possibly cruel 🖤.

TBH, I can't hate him but IKWYM. He is too good to be a 'simping' 3rd wheel. It's funny, on 'Douyin' they love him going black. They're not talking about MXL/XXC. It's about the pavilion master/ 3 wishes/ his family.

Also, you'll love the next eps. It should be when they 'do it' & the meaning of the 'Peach Blossoms' title will be explained lol.

Don't forget the hand. The actors deserve an Oscar for keeping a straight face. Just when I thought it was over, it turned up again & again, scene after scene 😁.

I hope they don't write his char badly here. WD deserves better than that. I still love watching his parts tho.

Ok, it's making sense now. You guys are talking about people on other sites. As for the level of intimacy equating cheating... because of that very reason & it's CN, plus ZBB's fame level versus WD's, there is NO WAY there will be any storyline that will be a rivalry. I'm a fan of WD, and I think he's above being the 3rd wheel. HOWEVER, I'm going to enjoy his acting & all the others as the show's been great so far.

Also, the people shipping on like Douyin can be annoying etc, but at the end of the day, anyone can ship who they like. At least on here, we're more respectful of the CP.

* The scenes you may not like have been filmed, & it is part of the story; you'll just have to hate 2ML. But like I said, he's there to make the mains look good. There hasn't been a major rewrite to make him more equal or a threat.

Disclaimer: I DO NOT SHIP them. & I have not seen more than 2, or nowadays it's ZERO ppl ship them after the recent eps lol. Are you talking about here or CN? Saying they pity or have 2nd lead syndrome doesn't mean they want that, it's his char they like/ find interesting or just like the actor.

There is no actual triangle in the book but his char will be driven to protect her as he's destined to (it'll make sense when they do his & her origin story), he himself does not understand love...

I'm afraid it's in the book & they've already filmed those scenes. But the main CP is safe. They are the endgame, & ML2 will only serve to make them look 'whiter than white' which is a good thing. This is no shade, but I'm genuinely curious as I watch purely for entertainment, but it looks like for some, maintaining the purity of a CP is a big thing, there's talk about 'cheating' etc, why is that?

Oh wow, I'm going to have to process this all & read it very slowly, again & again🤣. I spoke to another user b4 & she said 'Destiny' had no romantic feelings for CPearl in heaven, it's when he's NXY. But it sounds like the middle cycle on the fate map is where they're going to tell the part you just explained, except WD's char 'Imperial Tutor' looks like it's an adapted char. I wonder when that'll start as it's ep 20 already.

Coming from a fandom of a professional antagonist... it comes with the territory😁. I kinda knew they were going to make use of him like that. In the preview, he tells XXC about the 'wuxin' water. But they've already gone off-script from the book, so anything's poss rn.

I love him evil, and can't wait to see what he gets up to🙃. I find his char interesting.
