Love LYT's new 'Scholar look' pics. Those who likened the drama to " Court Lady", least we can say her hair, costumes, & particularly the make-up is a good step-up from there🌞.

Loved him in 'Miss Truth', 'Legend of White Snake' &' She's the One'. He has such unique, fine, killer looks. Why is he not in more dramas?

If they did put the beard on him to block 'the light'. That's on another level... hopefully not😯. He does look different, not necessarily bad tho. It's probably temporary, heard this is him as another character called Lin ____ (can't remember the full name). LYT should be filming with him next, so can't wait for the pics.

I agree, I haven't been following this closely but I wouldn't have guessed a 'fan war' between these 2 fandoms. It's horrible what happened to CY, but it's pretty random how it went leftwards afterwards.

Sounds like they need another person who's experienced/ on their game. His fans started a new 'trend'😀, the other studios must be quaking. They need to keep it reasonable for it to work. I saw some harsh, picky, personal complaints that won't get you anywhere😵. It'll be interesting to see if the studio adapts...

I couldn't translate the 'demands', so thx for explaining😉. The comments to the studio's statement looked like they're still not having it. I heard about the billing a while back but assumed it was a sml crowd. Knowing JZ, he's not that type of petty. Do you know if this is the 1st time it's happened to a star's studio?

I feel bad for him. In addition to naysayers, his company IQIYI set him a tall order when they have DW + RW as the 2nd males. But it looks like a good production so he should shine. So far all their hair & costumes look on point🧨.

Too funny when you said a centric drama. At the time I was thinking the Ding Yuxi one, (which still could happen) but this one's even better😁. DW's story gives me 'Gongzi' vibes😈. Looking at the hair/costumes, this one looks legit. Obviously LYT's looking good too.

I'm part way on BFTB & wasn't expecting his character like that. His mannerisms/expressions reminded me of Jiro Wang, an older Taiwanese actor. But if he's 'White Moonlight' esq here, I can see him doing that really well.

Not to start a 'fan war', but most of the press/some CY fans ran with WYX was there 4 CY & the 'Black Lotus', though he was pictured coming out of just LYT's trailer. WYX wrote he was invited on set but he was there to see her. That then led to SOME CY fans flaming the poor man as a liar/he got rejected/publicity chaser- - last bit might be true 😉.

I know, I want 2024 now! WYX was public in his approach, so it's possible the next project might be his. Tho it could be 'Si Ming' OR another project as he's never said it outright??

DW does look good. Haven't seen his work, just know of him + clips from MTD. He reminds me of Liu Xueyi x Xiao Zhan at times... not a bad thing😏, hopefully he can deliver acting-wise.

I would love a LYT, LXY pair up one day🙏🏼. Wasn't keen on ZSX to begin with ( TB fair haven't seen his work, just variety shows), but willing to give him a go. + the additional ML's help😏. Just happy they got started, & it's great LYT's in a female centric drama for once.

Yes. LJ starts to respect & trust ZP later on. They kind of set up ZP to contrast with the authoritative, sly & tricksy LJ ( Watson x Holmes ).

The finale can be divisive depending on where you stand. Both of them have a big character growth in the final arc.
