You'd have to be as naive as a child to really believe that making every show happy will actually stop bullying in real life. If anything showing the harsh reality of these awful situations actually brings awareness and empathy for victims of bullying from the audience members. IT DOES NOT ENCOURAGE BULLYING.

You are making literally no sense. The show isn't glorifying bulling as that would imply they are presenting it in a positive light which they do the complete opposite of. They actually do a great job of showing how unfair and awful bullying is by having such a horrible thing happen to Suho. By not having things end in a happy way it actually makes the message hit even harder, but im probably wasting my time replying as i doubt u would understand this.

I disagree, the twist at the end leaves you questioning the entire rest of the show and how much of it was true or simply the mc's incredibly unreliable narration and how the show tricks you into believing the same as him, since looking back you can see from many instances that much of the neighbors likely weren't actually in league with the dentist and it was the mc's paranoia, which in my opinion makes it pretty interesting to consider. Also I disagree with the point about the girlfriend being useless as their bad relationship emphasizes that no matter whether he was in the apartment or not, he felt isolated as no one was listening to him.
