I've dropped about 4 or 5 dramas, but when I created my MDL account I didn't bother to add them to my list. I dropped Pinocchio and Heirs, the others I don't remember the titles :/ I've had good luck since I started watching dramas again, so nothing recently dropped.

This manga really scared me...not sure I can watch the drama version.

They haven't announced when it is going to air yet. Filming finished last month and it's currently being edited right now. My best guess is that it's coming out sometime in July or August.

To be fair, Haruto probably does not know about Ebisu Garden Place as that was a private place for Tsukasa and Tsukushi. The drama's producers just added the location to stir up more feels for Hanadan.

Hanadan is one of my favorite manga, so I never get tired of seeing another adaptation! Hana Yori Dango (s1 and s2) will always be my fave even though I think Meteor Garden followed the manga better. I also recommend the anime version if you haven't seen it. It followed the manga closely, but had to make up its own ending.

Interesting note: Meteor Shower and Moon River are actually unauthorized versions of HYD. MS probably more so, because it basically copied everything. It changed the story just enough not to get sued I guess. There are a lot of unlicensed adaptations: Siapa Takut Jatuh Cinta (Indonesia, also it was remade last year), Boys Before Friends (America), and Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan (India).

Hanadan is a pretty simple premise so Meteor Shower is the only one I'd accuse of outright plagiarism.
