Why?! Why these cross overs with other countries?! -_-
Because these Hallyu stars have a very large fan base in other countries. You see it a lot, you just haven't watched any of the dramas/movies.

I am planning on watching this drama and I would like to know if it is worth watching. Oh and also why and why…
This is a drama only medical and sageuk watchers would possibly appreciate. If you are not used to daily dramas that tend to drag from time to time, skip it. I don't recommend it otherwise.

I will be watching for Jung So Min! But I love disaster/medical dramas! So rare in KDramaland!
Of this type? Can't think of another one. We've had the medical ones like The Virus and The End of the World. It's about time!

Drama was going so well, then they screwed it up in the last episode. They should have ended it halfway through…
The ending was this a$$ Director's 'come to Jesus' moment! Glad the subbers corrected that lie about US ambulances! But it could have ended with them getting the money though.

Very good article! Most of the dramas you mentioned I have seen and winced with every scene mentioned. When you spoke of MARS (which I love), I remember being shocked at his method to get her to 'talk'. The acting of SWAK and Le Jun Kai were what I praised but the subject matter, all I could say is 'DAMN'. Needless to say, the Thai Slap/Kiss dramas are the hardest to watch. Funny how the first lakorn drama I ever watched was Sanaeha Sunya Kaen (thanks to the prior mentioned SWAK, I was able to watch) and those type still remain the worse for me to watch (I will never finish Sawan Biang). Oh, and I came to a realization that I could never work in an Asian country; I'd end up in jail!
