Personal fan of DrX series. Yes, 2d season was my least favorite even though Fujiki Naohito, he wasn't in there enough and his character was such a douche, I sometimes forgot I liked the actor. Unfortunately, the rest of your list I agree with except for the unrealistic surgeries. I swear, I had medical.net, medical dictionary, wiki and every other source at a ready. There were some I even couldn't believe until I found the case studies. Yes, I LOVE medical dramas. And I've probably seen more that don't even have 1/2 the cliches listed but what I like the best of J-drama medical dramas are they are more about the medicine and the people surrounding the doctors to include the nurses, patients and their families. Season 4? I'll watch it because I am a loyal fan! "I never fail"
So far, I'm not liking Yaya at the moment. I sure hope she grows up. The nasty things she does to her SIL are childish and ridiculous. Okay, Still in the early stage. I expect my feelings to change....but that mother? Unbelievable! I never understand a mother abandoning her children!!
This drama was so strange. What? The guy realizes his feelings in the last episode and we get like 1min of them…
Yeah, after 15 ep and he was STILL with that woman, I said enough was enough. Flipped to the end and when I got to the 5 years later, I said: Nope! That is enough.
