i have two answers for this
1.Because he loves he did that. you see he knows her the best along with her loyal servants, ho knows what she went through and how much she is burning from inside. that's why he made such a decision even though it hurts him, he wants to give her peace and finally get her revenge. that way she can finally rest peacefully since she is already suffering for more than 17 years.
2. or he can actually be the mastermind you know. it would be a good twist. thought I can see that father is no good and is scheming type from his various actions but what is Mr yuwen is the actual adopted son or some other kind of mastermind? her husband can be a small fish.so yeah
I watched this a long time ago and I really liked and it was way better than I thought can someone reccomend me a similar type movie? like seriously, the acting and plot twists were really good and made me enjoy it I just want to badly watch a movie that is as good as this or even better lol
