so many incel comments under here lol. Yes, it's going to be a mess and it's probably gonna flop but all the comments…
We’re mocking how much American media tends to favour a farce of inclusivity at the cost of creative quality.

Having dramas featuring a black character or gay character etc is not the problem.

It’s how blatantly forced it is in Western shows. When the characters entire personalities are written just to be their race or sexuality.

When a lot of that ā€œinclusivityā€ they so proudly present is actually quite insulting or not very inclusive at all.

For example ā€œAsianā€ being generalised ā€œChineseā€ looking when there’s an entire continent outside of China or East Asia.

Or that despite making painfully sure to have the 4 main characters be 1 white 1 black 1 asian 1 hispanic, they still won’t have any representation at all of NATIVE AMERICAN. The actual indigenous population they wiped out and genocided.

Or that if a ā€œChinese looking guyā€ is in, he is always always the ā€œjust the nerdā€.

Or that if an ā€˜Indian looking guy’ is included he is likely to have a terribly fake ā€œIndian Englishā€ accent, when that is wholly untrue of Indian American citizens.

Or that every, and I mean every drama MUST have X Y Z check boxes of characters, even if makes zero sense in the context of the plot content.

If you can’t see any of that, then I suppose you’re quite the target audience for them.
