I can't believe I've never heard of or seen this drama before 2025! This has become one of my most favorite Kdramas! The main leads are so freakin' cute together and I love how much trust they have in each other/their friends/their family. The acting is also really good and omg, the kiss scenes were chef's kiss! Will definitely rewatch this again!
I had to drop this drama, which is really disappointing because there aren't many good dramas with Horror, Romance and the Supernatural. It started off pretty well but after finding out the FL doesn't have "special" powers, it was a huge let down. Song Jihyo's acting is really bad. I love her in Running Man and wanted to like her in this, but I couldn't do it. The whole acting cute thing as an older woman is something I don't find cute and in this drama, it was too forced that it was uncomfortable. The kiss scenes were also extremely awkward and embarrassing so I skipped them.
I loved Lee Sung Joong though and can probably try to pick this back up at a later time to finish the series and see where he ends up. He's the only character that was level headed to me. I rated this a 5/10.

The FL acting cute was extremely uncomfortable to watch and the ML just staying quiet most of the times and just staring made me go "Huh?" He's very cute, but I found myself having to skip a lot of scenes with him and the FL because it was too boring/embarrassing.
The side characters' acting was good - they made me hate them a lot, which means they did what they were hired for. Lol. I think the story is good which made me push through and finish it, but I think casting a different actress/actor - or both (?) could've made the drama even better. I even watched some clips of the FL's and ML's other dramas to see if maybe it was just the character that they played in this drama that made me not like it, but I had the same feelings. Their acting just isn't my taste and that's okay.
After finishing this drama, I have become a fan of Ro Woon. I enjoyed his character a lot when he was nice and can't wait to watch other dramas with him in it. I wish the FL was a different actress - something about her voice bugged me a lot and it didn't help that her character was also the type that I don't like.
Thought the story was good - could've been even better with a different actress as the FL, as mentioned above.
The love between Du Xiao Su and Shao Zen Rong was so sweet - I wished it lasted longer. I didn't expect Shao Zen Rong to die so early in the drama. The chemistry between those two were so good.
I love that Lei Yu Zheng (ML) and Du Xiao Su (FL) became good friends after clearing up their misunderstandings and during their grieving process for Shao Zen Rong, which turns their feelings for each other romantic. I know people won't like that the FL moved on from Shao Zen Rong, but that's what happens in RL. When two people spend time together grieving someone close to them, that bond between them will grow. It's not wrong to fall in love again after losing your significant other.
Unfortunately, the chemistry between Lei Yu Zheng and Du Xiao Su wasn't as strong as Du Xiao Su's and Shao Zen Rong's. There should've been more scenes/episodes with the 2 main leads working on their relationship. I wanted to see them both grow together in their relationship and build up the trust they needed.
The later episodes focused too much on the ML's company/trying to get it back under his control and the side characters' stories. It was unfortunate how little we saw the FL in the later episodes and when she was shown with the ML, the scenes seemed so rushed. The ending was also super dissatisfying - ended so abruptly that I still had questions left unanswered.
The acting could've been better with the FL and a lot of the side characters too. I thought ML did a good job most of the time, but OMG - the fight and kiss scenes were too cringy. I had to skip them. It's unfortunate that this drama didn't end up being as great as many people had mentioned.
