This, and the ep before was so messy. Not sure where to start and if it even matters... After rejecting Rome, just watching him making/playing music and he decided he f*cked up was so out of nowhere.. too sudden, no build up, no nothing. Same with Rome. Accepting him right away and then Raffy treating him so nicely was weird. If anyone thinks that a best friend and a bf/gf alone time/dancing/hugging in the woods/a bar/a dark alley/a park/whatever it's okay, than I have bad news for that relationship. If we put ourselves in those shoes... isn't that bothering? Distrustful? Hurtful? The drama was indeed exaggerated, but because Tua was acting out of character. That's on the writing/directing... He and Jack was unreasonable and didn't listen. Boston also disappeared for a while, I guess he was ashamed that not only he couldn't get laid, he didn't even succeed in kissing someone in this show. And then he was back, just like that, again, with no explanation, because the story(line) needed him. Great. Nick was right, I'm sure he missed him for a long time and suffered a lot but in that conversation it would have been very wrong to say that. So yeah, not answering that was the best answer. And hug? After all that, while his bf is watching? Really? Uncomfortable at least.. like where is the empathy, the EQ, trying to feel what the characters are feeling in the situations and understand them?! Yes, Boston changed now, for the best, good for him, but that doesn't mean that wrong, inconsiderate actions are justifiable (still talking about the "miss you" and the hug). Back to Raffy: I was so proud of him not taking that phone call and then refusing him in the car... to mess up again. Right away he should've told him, nothing happened between them and not let him take his hand and saying things about being together. Rome, my boy... I was wondering how much sh*t he can take and still treating Raffy that good... I'm glad he came to his senses, it's time to make amends for what he did to Rome.
I really love your take, it made me more understanding of Raffy's mindset
Thank you, I really love analyzing people and their behaviours. After I wrote my thoughts about the ep I read the comments and I agree with the people who said Raffy thinks he does not deserve Rome. He did not say he doesn't like him... he was upset at the idea of Rome also choosing someone else (taking Dean's side), but was not happy with the confession... all I could see was pain in his eyes and he couldn't and did not want to deal with the situation. He tore out his arm and left, like escaping and I think he was also upset with himself.
I will start with the beginning: absolutely loved the conversation between Arnold and Dean. Rome: I get why he did that, but he was wrong. Some of Raffy's problems/insecurities come from these kind of moments. He didn't just simply asked "Did you delete the video on my phone (when you took me out)?" or "It was you, isn't it?" etc... He said: "You took me out to delete the video on my phone?" and "Tell me you didn't take me out JUST to delete Dean's video." He was hurt. Rome's confession hit hard, but Raffy's response hit harder. I want to believe that he was surprised and not ready and also because of the phone incident was this his answer. Without much thinking, processing and analyzing his real feelings. I refuse cuz it's absurd that he doesn't like Rome. Anyway, it was disappointing, I felt so sorry for Rome, he poured his heart out. Points for making crystal clear that Raffy recorded a video about those two in the woods in Rome's presence. In a moment of insanity I thought that this could be the turning point, but of course no: Raffy was so vulnerable after his acting with Arnold, if Dean instead of belittleing him tried to offer some advice, tips, help with the play, then maybe it could've been the start of a peace offering. Now who is the smart one, who didn't tried to lose an enemy, instead he kept gloating and infuriating him. Well yes, that will be so good and helpful in the future. Nice move... Oh, wait, no... It was so not cool. And finally: my precious, sweet, sweet boys: Tua and Arno... every moment, every scene was a gift. Heartwarming and needed.
I dont think Raffy is going to do that since he already accepted that Jack and Dean love each other. I think this…
Ok, I believe you, but that's some twisted minds logic.. I mean Pete.. The money thing (also, he did not try to explain.. So weird.. Was he in need? Or just stealing like a thief?) and now this.. Not innocent at all and somehow it's more grave from my point of view than the other characters fuck ups.
I dont think Raffy is going to do that since he already accepted that Jack and Dean love each other. I think this…
Raffy is looking on the bus at his phone with the "evidence" of those two. Rome.. He is constantly trying to knock some sense in him, but he can't control Raffy..
First time when Jack wasn't annoying and he did good. But Raffy needs several slaps. Dean and Arnold didn't kiss, they stopped (and both were drunk). Also, it was obvious who embezzled the money and I think he also suspects/knows about Rome and Raffy. Arnold and Tua, where is my kiss?
Edit: it would be a great plot twist if Pete seen Rome and Raffy screwing in the woods and leak a photo or video about that π Or, if he leaks the photo from Raffys phone, as revenge. If Raffy posts anything that would be bad... Cuz from where I stand everybody will be mad at him/hate him. Only that he will achieve.
Someone please slap some sense in Jack, at this rate he will ruin his own play... Raffy likes Rome, they should stop playing games, before they lose each other. That dash cam recording tho... And I don't think Raffy likes Jack at this point.. it's just some stubborn fixation. I mean he has eyes and ears how he hadn't enough seeing Jack and Dean acting... Tua and Arnold was so sweet, like boyfriends and then... da bomb.
This episode was fire too.. Like omg...Just wow. Except the part where we find out the reason why Jack and Dean broke up. Like seriously? A lie about work? I was expecting cheating or a misunderstanding about cheating, but this? They could've talked it out... like couples do. Last week I was right, they are still in love. Raffy: he was the uncrowned king of this ep. The way he manipulated and schemed... I loved it. Dean was an ass to him so many times... If you have skeletons in your closet it's better to not make enemies. "Someone like you can't touch me" - well, he did. Dean was too smug, deserved the fall. But I also loved how Raffy's plan backfired at him. I felt sorry for Rome. I hope Raffy won't realize it too late that he lost a diamond while looking for a stone.. I want more Tua and Arnold! (I'm patiently waiting for the moment when he will understand his feelings about Tua).
I'm so excited about this series, it's so good, can't wait for Friday! Also, I can't decide who I love more: Arnold & Tua, or Rome&Raffy. Dean is very interesting and also very in love with Jack?... Who is a little annoying... And in denial about his feelings. And did they saw the comments about Arnold's name so they delivered and explanation?! Kidding, but it's funny how I read the complaints about his name and in the second ep they told the story behind it.
I just can't with todays episode... Every time Freeze spoke to Toh his face (annoyed, uninterested, whatever expression was that) made me angry. And at the end the doctors answer is "I understand"?! Also, the bubbles...
So Fah is the smart one, people! π Toh is not blind or deaf... And I'm also not here to judge if he is stupid or not. He simply choose to believe that he can change Jimmy, and he will change for him. So until he can't tolerate anymore he will be walked over and suffer. His life, his choices. If it was me, I would have slapped Jimmy so hard that the wall would have slapped him backπThat's all I have to say βοΈ
This whole moving in thing isn't weird? The captain is obviously and shamelessly hitting on the inspector (Jade is very bold). Kamin isn't opposing his flirting, but moving in his house? He shouldn't be working on the case cuz his little brother is involved, but the inspector living with the suspect? This is so weird for me on so many levels.
2. Arnold
3. Raffy
4. Tua
5. Dean
- Jack
