agreed! I hate to drop this but FL isn't doing it for me

this definitely wasn't an easy watch, fl mom reminded me on my own mom, how she always do things and agree with everything the in-laws asked of her. it's annoying, Ming Sheng was everything. I wished fl/ml had more scenes together and cut Mumu scenes a little short. But it's all good. I highly recommend this drama. Not a rewatch for me, because it's just too sad and depressing. Hopefully we get the see FL/ML in another drama.

Liu Xue Yi did an excellent job! first half of this show was unexpectedly funny.. the bad hair and costume made me not want to continue but I'm glad I did! Loved it! Big fan of Tiffany Tang! She did good. Looking forward to Liu Xue Yi next drama and this man has a gorgeous smile.!!!

JX reaction is completely normal. I blame HT for not communicating well. What kind of response was define love or what is love when she asked if he loved her. Forget about HT other investments or the merger. JX was sitting at home thinking this man doesn’t love me. If he loves me, why can’t he be honest. It’s that simple. Viewers know why HT couldn’t tell her early on but doesn’t mean he couldn’t tell her after they got together. Miscommunication is the biggest downfall in any relationships. Fortunately, we know they will get back together after this hurdle and be stronger together.

Seven is definitely not ugly. I think Xu Kai has the most chemistry with Seven besides Bai Lu. He’s been paired with so many beautiful actresses but the chemistry is just ehhhh. It’s different with Seven, somehow it works and it shows on screen. This is by far the best on screen couple!

I really didn’t think I was going to be hooked to this drama. Xu Kai is a lot better in this drama than BCE, maybe cuz he has a lot more screen time and his chemistry with FL is better. The FL drunk scene was so funny! Gosh I’m glad I’m able to move on from The Double with this show! Highly recommend!!!

I didn’t know Wang Xingyue could be this captivating. His presence enhances every scene and his voice—rich and resonant—adds gravitas to dialogue. I’ve seen his previous work, Amidst a Snowstorm of Love , SOKP & Scent of Time. He was good but didn’t command the screen like Duke Su. Something about him and FL chemistry that made this an enjoyable watch. The best part was when they were out of the capital. Just started the Princess Royal and fl/ml have a lot of screen time together but ain’t like Duke Su and ALi. sigh! Gotta rewatch this show again
