So excited for Wu and for SkyNani to grace our screens! With all of the discourse around this, I have to say as someone who loves fantasy and is aro/ace, this looks amazing. I watch and love lots of series, most with romance, and do agree that production could be upped in other series, but I sincerely value the ones that follow friendship and platonic soulmates and don’t center romance as a major plot point, as there are so few and since they are more in line with how I experience love in my own life. There are so many different kinds of love in the world, and there’s no reason to write off or put down a series because it could mean a lot to someone else.
