The first episode was pretty calm. To be honest, I'm not a big fan of watching flashback scenes, but I guess they're necessary to understand their relationship in the end. I watched Zhang Jing Yi's last two or three projects, and I actually started this drama because of her. It's my first time watching a drama with the male lead.

I hope the entire series isn't built around the woman's abduction. They can explore the characters' pasts and focus on the loss they have experienced. If it continues at this pace, the show's rating may drop. I hope that starting from Episode 3, it moves in a different direction. The series has action and suspense, but not at the level I think it should.

Women in their 50s often start being cast in mother roles, while men of the same age are still paired on screen with women who are at least 10 years younger. I think that's something that deserves criticism. But calling it pedophilia can dilute the meaning of the term and contribute to its overuse.

There are some discussions below about the reactions people have toward female characters, saying they're overly misogynistic. I agree with them, and I think you're one of those people. Only two episodes have been released so far, and we've barely seen any of her backstory. I think you'd enjoy it more if you watched it from a more neutral perspective.

From what we've seen in the first episode, they lost their child, and it's very likely that their relationship has been strained ever since. In the flashbacks, she was always the one making the first move, like asking him out. I think we'll be able to better understand her moody behavior once we learn more about what happened between them.

I'm already fed up with the girl's stupid family after just two episodes. ML literally tells them they're not supposed to be identified, and then this idiot grabs the phone and asks the man who kidnapped his daughter for an explanation. What the hell? He should've just played along instead.

There were genuinely some horrifying characters in the series. Park Ho-cheol is a perfect example, he killed people as casually as if he were swatting flies. But honestly, even while watching him, I never got as angry as I did watching Hee-ju. Zero character development. Her former lover died because of her, her father died because of her, her mother was left completely alone, drowning in grief, and Woogye had to pull a gun countless times because of her. She just kept turning into a bigger and bigger piece of trash. She was truly a disgusting character. The only good thing about the series was Woogye. I love him.
