How on earth is she THIRTY?!?!?! She didn't look a day older than 25....
I feel the same. But then, it's a daily life experience for me. I appear younger than I am, along with the rest of my immediate family. Most people believe my 70 year old grandmother is in her 50s. (We are secretly vampires.)

So it's kind of like City Hunter? I never watched that either, but I figured that was a lot of running and fighting too. Me too! Junki was the reason I finished Arang and the Magistrate. I might give it a shot after all.

Ah, I see. Even with 'real' (;D) college classes, you have to take prerequisites. I'm thankful that I'm pretty much done with those except for World History II. So, you're a non-traditional student? Those are always the most interesting. Last semester, there was one in my International Studies class and she had such a different perspective when we spoke about things she had actually lived through or experienced.
Was Two Weeks good? I've been thinking about watching it, but I wasn't really sure I wanted to. I was hoping it would focus more on the father-daughter relationship instead of building up a romance, and I'm not sure if it did.

I was so excited when I heard there would be an American version, but after reading details about the show and…
But they are not even teens. They are in grad school, implying the age range of the characters to be around around 22-26 or older. Therefore, they are young adults, not teens, and we can expect them to act more mature than those in the Jdrama and Kdrama. Remember, the Chinese version set the characters in University, which is an 18-25 age range as well (or higher, considering that anyone can attempt higher learning at any age with the necessary funds). And who's to say there will be 'no feeling' to the show? Personally, I find a lack of 'feeling' within Asian dramas often (or I've just become numb to the cliches), but I still watch those shows and find something about them that I like instead of degrading them and being nit-picky before even watching the first few episodes.

Writing 115? (It's just that I'm used to using the thousand level system. 1000-5000 level courses) Is that the basic level course? Your term starts so much later than mine. Here, it started on the 19th of August. I'm envious. But does that mean the spring semester ends in June for you?

Hi! I was reading previous threads on the Creativity Forum and happened across yours - the one about help with rewriting the essay. My immediate thought was: OMG! Were we in the same class? ^^ I had Comp II in the spring semester this year; we used the same book and wrote an essay using the same article (though I remember having to incorporate two more articles into the same essay). Yeah, so, I decided to hop on over here to say 'hello' to a fellow University student.

I put BFB on hold while I took exams, but I just finished so I'm ready to get through another episode. ;)
That good?

The 2nd episode was nothing big either. It was just, "meh...seen it before", kind of. You know?
Is Queen In Hyun's Man good?

So even the beautiful love story can't make you keep watching? xD
Oh~I do that, watch dramas because an actor I like is in them.
Well, I didn't love the 1st ep of BFB, but I didn't hate it. I still haven't watched another episode yet, so it didn't exactly have that 'Omg, I wanna see more' draw to it. I might today.

Okay. xD I see you dropped it.
Is Lovers in Prague a typical drama? Main couple has to go through a bunch of drama and all that?
I'm a little on the fence about Ghost. Maybe I'll watch it, maybe I won't.

Decided to move this from the drama page. ;D
Well, I need to finish King2Hearts, but I need a refreshment from all the angst, so I'm going to start Baby-faced Beauty. (Finally...) :D
What about you? Any new dramas on the horizon?

A really great show with one GLARING PLOT HOLE. Are they really expecting me to believe when in the first episodes…
Your welcome? XD But I'm not an expert on comas (or what happens with drama comas), so it may not be completely accurate. I mean, there are always exceptions and unexplained medical conditions, because everyone is different.

Continuation: The eyes very rarely stay closed for longer than a month. When the eyes are open and the person is not responding, this is not a 'vegetative coma' at first, but 'prolonged unresponsiveness'. Most of the time, with a vigorous program of medical care, physical therapy and sensory stimulation, patients in a prolonged coma or prolonged unresponsiveness will arouse. It rarely results in a vegetative state, but we can assume that in Tae Yong's case it did. But he was still able to wake up later on because our brains are weird like that and this is a drama.

I can't answer all your concerns, but I think I have an answer for the one about the 3 rangers and their reincarnations. Simple fact is, just because Tae Mu, Tae Yong, Se Na, and Bak Ha were all reincarnated together in the same time period doesn't mean that the 3 rangers were. They probably hadn't been born yet, or had already lived their reincarnated life cycle and died.

No, coma patient's eyes are not always closed. A coma is a sleep like state from which an individual has not yet been aroused. After a period of time, a person in a coma will open his or her eyes - but not respond in any way to anybody at the bedside. This may happen as early as 3 days after the onset of the coma or as late as a month.

I plan on it. XD When I'm a littler older, of course.

Woah. That's awesome, but scary at the same time. I'd be afraid it'd come crumbling down.

Then you'd stay inside all day? That would have to be me. Living in a beautiful, tropical area and inside all the time because of the heat.

I guess there's no win-win situation when it comes to climate then. Either your in a predominantly cold region or predominantly warm region. Take your pick, right? I wonder how the people that live near the equator handle the heat there. My grandma went on a cruise to the Bahamas and said she was pouring sweat before even arriving.

Well, Georgia has very warm weather in the summer and even though I'm used to it and know what to expect, I sometimes wish I lived in colder states.
