I have the OST on my phone, and overtime i hear it, I have these intense withdrawal symptoms, that make me wanna watch this again. and again. and again..
The issue I have with DOTS, is that the writers have failed to give the viewers a solid overarching storyline…
Hmm... I see where you're coming from.. Although, I think it's been strongly hinted that Argus is the main antagonist (he's the underlying "problem"). He hasn't done much, but, he is the ringleader of some of the problems they have to deal with (especially with regards to the sex trafficking, illegal arms dealing, and police corruption in Uruk).
Also, i think that this drama didn't want to focus on one main issue, but rather, wanted to have a couple of issues that are dealt with separately, you know, to make the drama more exciting, and keep the flow (sometimes having one problem can drag out, and make the drama a little boring at times). I mean first we had the earthquake, which caused a whole bunch of problems, and is the reason for Chi Hun's depressing situation; then was the small problem with the children (which has kinda been resolved, but Argus is still one the loose); and now we've got M-3, which is a major problem, because Myung Ju's life is now at risk, and they still have yet to deal with this, and save her (and that ass of a director -.-)
I'll be honest with you, i quite like the approach this drama has taken, in terms of the multiple conflicts, its a nice change from the normal stuff we get, but hey, everyone has their own taste right :)
The relationship between Kim Gi Bum and Seo Dae Yeong is great! I hope it continues as a sub-plot throughout the…
i love how Dae Yeong took it upon himself to look after Ki Bum as if he was his own little brother. Like u said, it definitely gives his character more depth, it shows the softness under his tough guy armour
I like this pairing. Let's hope it's as good or better than Nine.
I'm almost exactly like you, altho i also need some action in my life to make it that little bit more exciting. But, the moment u said mystery and time-travel, i think that this drama is now on my bucket list :)
