Wonder who the killer will be, must be someone around the F/L? Like all the male actors though don/t want it too…
My guess is the ML is some kind of prosecutor or investigator or smth like that, hence the pictures and crime scene pics. Maybe the killer is someone he is chasing and that's why they target the FL (according to the preview), thinking she is his wife.
I just finished ep2 and wow ML seems so inconsiderate and selfish ? does he realize she's got emotions too ?
Keep watching, you will love him as time goes by☺. I guess you could consider his action exaggerated for comedic and fictional purposes, so maybe turn a blind eye for a bit?0
Thanks for the reply, apparently WeTV "recognizes" my VPN and despite it being connected, it says it is not available in my region...I dont know how to fix it......
I found it but it has no subs... search for it on youtube again in 30-60min, it should come with subs then...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLCrcrOlQ68
Point of clarity please: why was the hug between the brothers so alarming to the father? Looked like a normal…
I tend to be very open to such "necessary for the plot advance" moments, so usually in such cases I fill my own blanks ? and I came to the conclusion that maybe the dad deep down suspected about his son being gay, and that's why the hug caused such a reaction. Because what parent who watches their child grow up doesn't have the slightest suspicion (if and when the children are part of LGBTQ+; at least I like to believe so)
You can say what you want about the story being filled with cliches or the script being cringey, but the acting is soo sooo good, for many of them being so young and new(-ish) actors. I have seen much worse with a much better script, and I dont know why but in this ep I loved them all even more >.<
Here you go ^^: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFMLyiFwFMM
I know! I liked his character from the start but after today's ep I have newfound respect for him, how he just accepted his feelings and set everything right with everyone... I can't bear to see him sad in the next ep ㅠ.ㅠ
Usually youtube comments sections bring out the worst in people, but for BL series MDL somehow manages to trade…
First and foremost, I am very sorry you have had to go through those experiences. I would never assume to know what it felt like to be in such a position.
I just wanted to say, YJ did not try to kill himself, it was a short misunderstanding from XS part that was cleared pretty fast.
I think XS character isn't being presented very well, because he is pretty straightforward with his feelings, so the manipulation that took place that night seems a bit weird and out of place. I am actually looking forward to see how they will develop him as a character further, so I agree that it need to be treated "with the nuance it desrves" as you put it ^^
You've got a point there. He did say that. The whole perspective of that scene changed a little if that happens…
My thoughts exactly! The way he threw his arms around YongJie's neck didn't seem very brotherly to me. Plus considering the younger brother's possible mental condition, it can be a very interesting plot IF* written properly. I don't think consent, or lack of it, is something the writers would gloss over, considering MuRen's character. He always calls LiCheng out, so I think this is a topic the writers are trying to tackle in a kind of subtle way.... at least I hope so
I have this feeling that YongJie did what he did, so he becomes the bad guy if the father's eyes and so the anger gets directed to him instead of XingSi. Remember how he told his mum to wait till after the trip? The whole event was planned so I can't imagine him not even considering the fact that XingSi would hate him afterwards....
I am in no way excusing his actions and even if this was his reasoning, it was very ugly and I can't imagine the pain XingSi felt in the morning. I just feel like this is the direction they will take...
