Title Adult Trainee Spoiler
The "J." plot in the third story went exactly the way I thought it would, and I was disappointed... While I think…
Clearly, I was sad she was the only one of the three girls of the three stories who didn't have someone with a crush on her. She's sooo pretty, she's super kind and she plays the guitar, I'd have given her notes and perfume. First girl said they'll date in college and second girl got the boy. But Na-eun didn't... They ended both being misunderstanding...? Also her friend?? Calling her by the name her bullies call her + constanty telling Na-eun that none of the two most popular guys would be interested in her, not even in her dreams ? What the hell? No one ever question, correct or try to stop her bullies. I really hoped she'd also get a sweet romance... Don't get me wrong, I understand the ending, the fact she doesn't need love to be happy and all, but I'm judging from what I wanted for the story, only. :)

The "J." plot in the third story went exactly the way I thought it would, and I was disappointed... While I think lots of people started watching for the second couple which seems to be the most talked about on social media, I did start watching for Kwon Young Eun (third story). I was an oversized depressed introvert girl in high school and even rarest were the stories with oversized female leads back then (6 years ago) so I still like watching them when I do find them (which is extremely rare in Asian drama).

That's just the way they see us.... et ce gars est un très mauvais acteur en plus! Beau mais mauvais!
I wonder who wrote the french dialogues, because obviously it was grammatically correct but I doubt it was corrected by a native speaker as it was obviously written in "written french" and not in "spoken french", it annoyed me a lot ahha.. I didn't mind him being a bad actor, I think it's usually the case for European or North American actors in K-dramas and movies (in most of the ones I've seen) but the language was the one think I really struggled with ahah.
On Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo Nov 10, 2021
I've wanted to watch Moon Scarlet for a while as I had heard a lot of great things about it. It was indeed amazing. The pacing was really great, I lose focus very easily or get bored fast and I didn't, at all, which is pretty rare. One thing that I found amazing in this drama was the fact that every single character had a good and a bad side, they all made bad decisions yet all of them had scenes where they showed they were indeed more than just "the bad guys". I find this rare, usually when a character is portrayed as a 'villain' (especially in historical dramas), they are only bad, nothing else. Here, even the "villains" of the story had moments where they appeared humans, with raw emotions and pain and fears, I found this sooo refreshing and amazing. I also loved the opposite, the way good people were tainted by power, jealousy, etc and took bad decisions. Simply amazing!
PS: Wang So clearly is a highly motivated person, he's literally never forgotten to cover up his scar, even when passed out with high fever and infection, damn, that made me laugh a bit. Also, I want Hae Soo's foundation recipe because it's the most resistant thing I've ever seen ! Rain, tears, sweat, resist it all.

As a French person, that French guy was sooooo awful, his French was so unnatural sometimes "cela", "n'est ce pas ?" my skin crawled a bit ahah, seriously, Kim Jae Wook had a more natural way of speaking French than that actual French speaker sometimes, except for him, the movie was alright !
On Something in the Rain Nov 2, 2021
I had originally dropped this drama (mid 9th episode) almost 2 years ago. I decided to rewatch it after pausing One Spring Night (similar OST, main actor, similar vibe and cinematography) as I wanted to watch a drama with working adults with an older main female character. Like the first time, I enjoyed the first half, then... it was difficult to finish it. I did because I had decided to watch until the end if I gave it another chance but wow, the last 5 episodes were quite hard to go through, I couldn't focus much, they lost me. The moment the mother knew, she didn't let go of the SAME DAMN IDEA for the next 8 EPISODES!! Usually, issues are resolved within 2/3 episodes if it's not the main plot, considering it started in the 8th episode, it was not the main plot... It was long, I think it could have easily been an 8 shorter episodes long drama... I watched it on 1.5 speed, thanks Netflix for allowing that.

Title I Promised You the Moon Spoiler
Yes!! I 10000% agree. I was so hoping that Oh-Aew would end up with Q....Poor Q.
Righhht?? The way Q looked at him, I really wished they would end up together of at least would be a more open ending with Oh-aew not taking Teh back but showing that he's completely moved on and will never go back to him. When we see how broken he was after all that and how all his friends supported him so well, I felt like it was just throwing all this away when he forgave Teh...
On I Promised You the Moon Oct 29, 2021
Title I Promised You the Moon Spoiler
In my opinion, Teh is one of the main character that I've the most despised, he is so selfish:
♦ he got mad at Oh-aew after he told him he was changing his major because he wasn't feeling happy in acting, he got mad because it changed HIS OWN PLANS. Made him feel guilty about making a choice for happiness...
♦ same scenario with Khim, the way he treated her I was so angry. Khim had always tried her best but she needed to make an important decision for her future, she already felt hurt by having to change her plans and he made it about himself because, he had always looked up to her, so now what, poor him... Did he even officially apologise to her ?
♦ CHEATING.
♦ Lying about it to Oh-aew about it just being "a way for him to get the scene right" and then telling Jai that he was his Fang. I was so mad.
♦ Inviting Oh-aew to his play when the whole play is just a big "look at me, poor me i feel so guilty"...

Oh-aew shouldn't have forgotten him. Ever. It's just all the small things, not just the cheating... Oh-aew deserved better. I understand the story is about a passionate first love and all but Teh is just not that good of a friend or boyfriend.

I'll still rate it a 7/10 because the cinematography was great and the acting as well, and I especially loved the first two episodes with Oh-aew's new friends, Q better find someone nice, loyal, respectful and adorable or I'm suing!

Ah I see! Yeah no, I don't have enough self-hatred and focus to continue watching something that makes me mad ahah!
And glad my English is fine!

Yeah rushed here because I wanted to see people's opinion on it ? (And if it's not the right way to say it, I'm not an english native speaker, sorry.) I won't continue watching History4. Simply because you're okay with these kind of scenes does not mean other people are okay with them as well?...

I've thought and experienced every single thing you pointed out. It was ridiculous... All of it... I read your review and was like 'exactly!!!' every sentence! Perfectly summed up that season...

Hello! I really want to watch this movie and wondered if anyone could tell me if there is clear depiction of s*lf-h*rming in it? I am fine with talk and scars but depiction of it is quite triggering to me!

I really liked this series, it was sweet and simple, The Young Padawans added such a fresh and funny touch to the series (I do admit I fell in love with Kookai). Yes it was slow (to be honest I am a fan of Japanese rom coms so I'm used to slower paced story I guess) but I thought it was really delicate and adorable! I really liked every characters and that anyone could at least relate to one of them. A nice, drama-free and stress-free series to watch during those difficult times.

This was a pleasant surprise, although I was not super interested in Bohn and Duen (wasn't really understanding a lot of Bohn's behaviour), I absolutely loved Ram and King, Ram was such a nice character, one of the best (personally) I've seen in a BL. (I guess I feel close to him as I've had the same issues with my parents as he had). I am also very happy with their ending as they'll allow their relationship to build in the second season and make the viewer eager to see them again.

I was happy to discover a story with a cross-dresser, BUT, I very much disliked Momose. He scared me. He was very forceful, tried to force himself on Yashiro. The story could have been very sweet and lovely, I would have loved if Momose showed his attraction in a much more respectful way, if he cherished Yashiro rather than just forcing himself on him because he just found him 'so cute', even blackmailing me. To me it was not cute, sure, the ending was sweet, being a "happy ending". That's the only good part and the representation of cross-dressing.

HUGE SPOILERS (like about everything, even the ending, read at your own risk...)

For one, if you want to watch a realistic movie, that's not the movie for you.
I was disappointed. I expecting a lot. I liked the idea of the movie, a woman deciding to give her husband a taste of his own medicine. I expected her to train much more and harder, a real training, I get that they wanted her to seem like she would never ever be able to win (technically, from her technic, strength and training, she wasn't able to.), but they could have made it less crazy and unbelievable. She had close to no training, no one telling her about her posture, strength and more, no one even demonstrating anything... Also, she only decided to fight because of the man's death ? (her husband cheated, yes, but many professional boxers died during fights, that's a sad reality of those sports...), NOT because she was sick of being hurt, or to protect her daughter, but for her old lover? What...
Another thing that I disliked was hummor, sometimes in certain scenes, it shouldn't have been used, like that one man getting abused at the fight by his wife, how is that funny? Talking about that man, at the very ending, he apologised and begged his wife to treat him better, while he had bruises on his face???? That literaly broke the whole idea of the movie?? He's the one being abused but it's okay in his situation to apologise to his abusive wife because he's a man??? WHAT.
So that's it, the original idea was interesting but the whole movie wasn't... The actors were great though.

Title 100 Yen Love Spoiler
I liked most of the movie except the romance part. For me it was not good, I did not like the male lead at all while I loved the female lead, therefore, the movie only got interesting from it's second half for me. I love boxing and when it's women boxing, I love it even more, I loved her character development. I'd have loved if they ended it without the last scene, just with her leaving the changing room.

An amazing movie that many people will be able to relate to. A beautiful story with very touching characters. I cried a lot.
