Future viewers and anyone on the fence, I encourage you to watch this show, it’s really good. It’s funny, it’s smartly written and it’s visually well executed.

Mental health is portrayed with consideration to detail and realism, being in the field of psychology myself I can’t say that everything is portrayed with accuracy lol, but it’s so nice to see that characters are being portrayed in their raw authentic form, interacting in real life situations and relationships where there is no right or wrong, there’s just complexity and nuances that depict reality.

The fl is a breath of fresh air in terms of backbone, self respect and wit (which can be rare in cdramas). She makes mistakes just like all humans do bc no one is perfect, she shows empathy and is supportive and understanding. But she is also able to respond to her own psychological wellbeing, wishes for her future and is able to take a step back when necessary.

Being objective is key. This drama from start to now has exuded quality. Whether it’s been the cinematography, the acting, the production, the storytelling. Just everything shows how much attention to detail and consideration has been given on authenticity and character development of each individual on the show.

I know there has been so much misinformation spread about the fl, due to her characterisation there have been many who believe her character to be a little toxic etc. reading a comment like that can be misleading especially when it couldnt be further from the truth.

Writing such things takes away potential viewers and ultimately means they miss out on a wonderful show. It also makes it harder for more people to be reached in terms of viewership. Which honestly is such a shame given how rare shows of such quality can be.
