I'm currently watching Happy Together (1998) with her in and it made me wonder what is she up-to as of late. Whereas the plots of some of the newer dramas are paper thin, the old professionals are still worth watching.

Review Mama
I would agree with most of this. I enjoyed it but it took ages to progress to that final step. The acting was really good though. So much that I can suffer through the eye-rolling in-law stuff sub-plot. The characters that really mattered were good and it had a good finale. I was worried that there would be a sudden cure.

Review Jumong
This was the second drama we watched 3 yrs ago after we discovered them. Watched every minute of it. I did not…
It's very clear that they had no real ideas about what to do with the first marriage but had to keep it because historical value (she's the mother of the King after Jumong so you can't even take liberties with it). She was a bit of a dud, as shown how she never got her own journey, showing us how she settled after decided not to go back to Jumong towards the end. Time is a factor too but they could've done it if they wanted to.

Been avoiding more contemporary dramas as none really catch the eye (been re-watching Secret Love Affair instead ) but I'll watch anything with Jang Hyuk in it. I'm sure Kang Ha Na will knock her first main female lead role out of the park. She has definitely earned the spot with her performances as of late.

The main couple from One Spring Night isn’t childish at all and is realistic if anything. This is a quiet, thought…
I wonder if “stalker love” is is referring to Gi-Seok. It's somewhat accurate except it's not love, its pride. Otherwise, that's incorrect

Some scenes were good, some weren't so much. Lee Yoo Bi's scenes were a little cringe. I can take dull but if I'm struggling to watch it without turning away, there is a problem.

I think this has been good so far. So much has been said without it being said.

Most of the patient stories and product placement is for that as well,.only the latter can still be very entertaining…
It's not even those scenes. It's the little moments of pure nothingness.
On Hospital Playlist Season 2 Aug 30, 2021
No complaints about the plot but the pacing is killing me. It's too long winded for the sake of it. The content is there but the director has chosen multiple times to keep the camera going for longer than needed, focusing on little unnecessary parts. The time isn't exactly a law but the padding out is.

People who complain that it shouldn't be shown because of its toxicity, doesn't really get it. It constantly tells you that this is a bad idea, despite its upsides.

Been waiting for the reaction because I've been watching along with some of the reason dramas and dropped then quickly due to lack of interest. I'm glad this is doing well though. It's almost half way done so its a good time to get started.
On On the Verge of Insanity Apr 17, 2021
Looks promsing. A strong cast of actors, who aren't exactly stars, but has a good catalog nonetheless, the writer recently had a hit with The Uncanny Counter, and a strong director in this genre at the helm (Kim Keun Hong)
On Sisyphus: The Myth Apr 3, 2021
The concept should require more frantic, urgent pacing - think "My Holo Love". The pacing wasn't slow and it was always moving along with the action and other genres whereas this has dragged out scenes. I like watching it when I put it on - Han Tae Sul as the sarcastic smart-ass is a treat to watch - but I'm not on-edge to watch it every Wednesday and Thursday (and I'm behind on it and I don't hae much motivation to catch up). 5/10 thus far.
On Oh My Ladylord Apr 2, 2021
I was thinking that Episode 1 & 2 were a tad generic and samey but episode 3 & 4 are quite charming. Kim Chang Wan has been a charm so far as Kim Chang Gyu. It's great that there are good characters outside of the main two as there is only so much those two can do.

"We ask that you refrain from making any more reckless criticism about a show that has yet to be released." That's a spot-on message to send out. Wait until more infomation comes out regarding synopsis and the message it'll try to potray, at least. Otherwise legitmate complaints (that the ML is a spy) come off as unjust.
