The plot doesn't look interesting but I'll watch it for the cast
The synopsis on its own is sorta standard (It sounds similar to forest) but with the thriller and mystery tags attached to it, it opens up the potenial for something wild.
This looks promising. Strong leading cast, good supporting cast, great backroom staff (look at the filmography of both Kim Eun Hee and Lee Eung Bok), insane episode by episode filming costs and, most importantly, an interesting plot with a new, fresh environment. This should deliver.
I have to say that the show blew me away in many ways but I didn't expect a potential incest plot to be brought into this show, and it was wrapped up shockingly well. Same with most aspects of the series. Almost every sidesplot and character was well thoughtout and developed accordingly. Quite dark. But enjoyable nonetheless.
It's common that people dont actually realise theor own feelings unless confronted on then. Adachi knew Kurosawa's feelings but not necessarily his own until the critical point where he missed him.
For what is a pretty clichéd story, but with a twist, this is super sweet. It's shows like these that make me remember why I usually wait until every episode is aired because I'm dying to see the next episode. And it's only 20-25 minutes until we have to go back to waiting. Kurosawa seeing that Adachi was nervous and not wanting to take advantage of the situation, opting for a foreheard kiss was just perfect.
Poor Kurosawa. Seven year crush. Ouch.
