Defendant is also a prison drama but it's not disgusting. Not everyone in prison acts as disgusting as that guy in the first ep here, plenty of "normal" folks in prison
The first episode had so many gross scenes, like someone telling his cellmate to clean the toilet and him then peeing over the shoulders of the cellmate who was cleaning it. Also there were a lot of gagging/puking noises and scenes. Luckily the level of grossness goes down after the first ep.
If it weren't for the cast/characters I probably wouldn't have finished it. The story starts out interesting but after a little while it doesn't really feel like it's going anywhere. But I still enjoyed watching, mainly for Han Ji Pyung and the wonderful friendship of Do San, Cheol San and Yong San. I also loved Kim Hae Sook in this, she's always a treasure.
After watching It's Okay not to be Okay, this is exactly what I needed!! A lot of story, interesting characters and I want to keep watching to find out what happened! Very good so far, 6 eps in, would highly recommend
Hahahaha it's so true!! His character mostly just stood around staring at a floor after someone walked away from him, or he was crying... I just wasn't feeling it
I am in the minority but I don't get the hype with this and I struggle to finish the drama. I've been bored since…
I feel the same way, I started watching when it first aired but it feels like a chore getting through it. It feels like there's a lot of episodes where barely anything happens, It might have been better with 12 episodes, but even then it doesn't feel like it's really going anywhere. I also like the actors but the writing just isn't good imo.
I love this drama so much! One of my all time favorites, I hope you'll like it too ^^
