Binged watching this in 6 days and now i'm depressed😭. Honestly i've been avoiding this drama since 2020 because of the sad ending despite hearing good things about it, but decided to watch anyway. Best decision ever! Xiaofeng is literally the most beautiful Chinese character i've ever seen! Peng Xiaoran did a hella good job acting as a very young character as she herself as i found out was 26 or 27 when she played Xiaofeng. She acted so naturally, it's like watching a real life character instead of a character in a play so i was emotionally distressed for Xiaofeng every time she was treated badly or verbally abused by the crown prince😭. And not to mention she's drop dead gorgeous too!
Oliver Chen did a great job acting as the crown prince, and he's pretty cute too! It's just.. i really despise Lee Cheng Yin. I guess i'm just a simple person so i can't relate to him being so abusive towards Xiaofeng in the name of protection for her...
