I agree with Ivy in that I am very drawn to the ways this feels like a stage play. I don’t think the room divider…
The divider is very aesthetically gorgeous, and you make a good point about In being an architect. He would have a different mindset, plus he seems somewhat spiritual and likes bringing nature indoors. I would just bump into it, and knock it over at least twice a week.

Fuck everyone of u here. Fucking out here expecting to see Tess/Tun. Mf's this show is for JimmySea. Go ask GMMTV…
MDL can be a 7th grade mental zone at times. Everything is rape, everything is toxic, the inability to think critically and provide analytical criticisms by some users is what leads to this conclusion.

Read the bio of the writer/director. He is a very successful stage professional.
I think that many people feel the same way you do. My favorite local playhouse has the stage at ground level, and I like to sit in the first row, and this series has the same type of vibe. The overacting just annoys me at times because it isn't as necessary on film. In a play when In does his series of monologues, we would have been able to see Wang's face and body language, so we would know how he feels. I felt that I should have been emotional, (I cry easily during shows) and I had dry eyes. I think that this is a great series, I just am having a hard time adjusting.

The room divider is not random for stage, but in a normal house, it would not be in the middle of the room, especially if only one person lives in the house. This is not a film of a stage play, it's a series, so the stage like props do not hit me in a powerful way. That's what I'm not totally in love with. I understand the symbolism, I just do not like the stage feel as much. But we can disagree and still get along because I really like this series.

He is still studying specialization in the cosmetic dermatology. So regardless, he will continue his practice…
Very true. He will keep everyone looking good.

This was such a nice episode. Hopefully Puen/Tun's real name is on the wish. My biggest complaint is that YT rolled an unskippable ad in the middle of the bathtub scene. I think that Talay and Tun make a very caring and sweet couple.

I recently found out that Jimmy is an actual doctor. He has taken a huge risk to study medicine, then end up going into acting, when being a doctor is the safer and a widely admired career choice.

I also wanna know if there is an uncut version because the way it was cut from the kiss scene to where Ayan was…
That scene also made me think it was a cut version. How did they go from a kiss to Akk just comforting Ayana? Anyway, I may have gotten The Eclipse confused with Vice Versa. I noticed today's episode is marked "uncut" but I've never seen a cut version. Sorry for the confusion.

Episode 6 was the strongest yet. No western style preaching, just two people, still not totally trusting, but allowing themselves to be vulnerable. Both actors did a wonderful job bringing their characters to life. Well done!

Edited: I think I got this confused with Vice Versa. Today's VV episode is marked "Uncut." Maybe there are uncut versions behind a paywall but I don't want to start rumors.

i was rewatching episode 5 for like the 100th time and i just remembered that those twins are from "dont say no"!!!…
Maybe they are related to the mysterious Pakun? They are from a mafia family in Don't Say No.

The story kinda looks plain....
I love it, but I like the bully the one you love trope. I also think the love scenes are way spicier than the usual two Ken dolls kissing.

Great ending to a great series. Akira finally found his courage, and Shin, even though still very young, learned to try not to overwhelm Akira. Showing that holding hands is a sexual sign of love even if it did not lead to full on sex, was very special.

Thanks for the tip. Now it makes sense why Sasiwimol's character acts so much like Amanda in the Glass Menagerie. I hope the director learns to shift a little more for his next project. This is a very good drama, but the overacting and the long monologues are not my favorite. Talking to Wang about his father didn't hit me in the feels like it should have. Since this is the director's first series, I understand more that he is learning a new medium.

I may get hate for this comment, but I wonder if this is adapted from a play, or if the director has a theater background, because I feel this series sometimes is more like a play. I've attended plays, so it isn't that I hate them, but I don't prefer that type of adaptation to screen. I only say this because of the long monologues and the sometimes stiff and exaggerated acting, especially from Mam, who plays Wang's mother. Or having that random room divider in the bedroom, it just seems like a stage. I am enjoying the series nonetheless, but I can't help but get distracted at times by the over performance and the staging of the sets. On a stage the lack close-ups and being able to see what all of the actors are doing hold attention, but the long monologues without seeing Wang's expressions, just detracts from the emotion and drama of a scene. That's just my opinion.

I am not mocking you, I'm letting you know this since writing is without tone and body language. The anal tract…
you're right, I don't mean lying down. Thanks for the catch.

...can precum be used instead of lube? I've seen spit be used elsewhere. Thing is we saw Phayu whom we assume…
I am not mocking you, I'm letting you know this since writing is without tone and body language. The anal tract cannot self-lubricate like a vagina because unlike the vagina, it was meant to excrete waste, while the vagina is a multi-purpose organ. Males have a prostate, so when they engage in anal, there is possibility that the prostate can be stimulated during intercourse, thus producing a pleasurable sensation. I don't know of this personally since I do not have a prostate, but gay men educated me when I was young and asked, "why the hell?!?'

The condom was probably lubed (but they should have applied more) and during an intense scene, the are not going to interrupt during an intense moment. I think applying lube and stroking would get them a strike. With the condom on, we would hear every "preparatory" stroke. We don't see hear or see the penis plopping out of holes, or making farting or squelching sounds (all of this applies to vaginal in MxF series), during love scenes either. It's supposed to be romantic, while pleasing the people who will have a stroke over non-safe sex.

I would love to see this pair in a live action version of Aitsu no Diahonmei - His Favorite. I think that Oriyama would make a great Yoshida, with help from makeup.

Full disclosure, I am biased toward the bully trope and it's clear from the start that Phayu loves Rain, it's Rain who hasn't caught up to his feelings. Even in Episode 5, he still insists that he likes Ple, at least when asked about it directly, but his actions speak for his feelings. When Rain is determined, he does not submit. An example is, when told to stay away, he decides on his own, without manipulation to show up, and stay without permission. I see that as feistiness, spirit and independence, which Phayu likes. People at the garage love Rain too, and I think are secretly rooting for him, with Saifa being an overt ally.

I see Rain's tentativeness before sex as being anxious of the unknown. Prostate aside, it's pretty intimidating to think of having anal for the first time, especially when the thought had not crossed his mind before meeting Phayu. I don't care how worked up a person is, unless they've have used toys, or experimented, I think it can be a scary thought.

I love this series and I can't wait for the Praphai and Sky arc to begin.
