I'm trying to figure out how a movie with such positive audience reaction at the premiere bombed. Even Third said it was cute.

Not the rule breaking part because 90% of students break rules, from ditching class and copying homework, and the planter was pushed off by a human. I'm just hoping for a supernatural piece because I like spooky stories.

I enjoyed the inaugural episode. I love Khaotung in this series, and I also like seeing Neo not be a clown. We haven't really seen this since 'Cause You're My Boy. I hope the school curse pans out, and there is a supernatural element.

This is rural Japan, not Nichome in Tokyo. The fact that Shintaro is so open with his feelings, and that he has the support of his sister and classmate is just wonderful to me. Even though Akira got caught up in the moment and kissed his teacher, he ran away, which is why he is still struggling with his feelings 10 years later. Even in Tokyo, Akira got himself a beard and didn't even tell her the truth until after they broke up. I'm enjoying the pace of this story.

People always complain that BL is not realistic, this episode was very realistic. Sometimes having sex complicates a situation when the people haven't clearly and explicitly discussed what it means. Both stated their point, but neither listened to the other. If they talked about their expectations, or lack there of before having sex, then they could both decide if they still wanted to proceed.

Duean Yi wanted to discuss a possible relationship and when told again that Plengrak does not want a relationship, got emotional about it, and was hurt-angry. Plengrak is a person who will not give anyone a chance after going through a bad break-up, and all futures partners will never be judged as individuals . I have seen so many people like these in real life, so I felt bad for both characters. They both need to listen to each other and yes, they may have to break it down so they do not have misunderstandings.

Duean Yi had a hard day, first Plengrak, then finding out about his brother's sibling rivalry with him. The brother is a little immature continuously referring to Duean Yi as the favorite son. I only feel this way because I know a couple of teens who say this when getting into a conflict with parents. Both sons should be able to live their own lives. If no one wants to take the business, sell it when they retire, then blow the money on trips and having fun. Not everyone is cut out to run a business.

I agree with you. I love the pacing of this series. I think that people is rural areas are usually not as open about their feelings as Shin. I've been enjoying that he loves a man, and instead of shame, he is proud of who he loves. I like that Shin and Akira are not jumping into a sexual relationship before Akira has resolved his feelings toward his teacher. The honesty between Akira and Shintaro is wonderful, and will help keep their relationship strong. I love slice of life stories though, so I'm biased. Some of the anxiety could be from the actor playing Shintaro being so handsome. When Shin came out shirtless, people were probably swooning and can't understand why Akira was so freaking nervous.

The good part is, due to fast forwarding, you will only need to watch about 15 minutes per episode to know what's going on.

I think they want actual clients, not people paid to be clients. It's like in the kid movies where the kid feels bad when they find out their mom paid the other kids to play with them.

Kamol does have crazed eyes in the scene, so this tells me they did not have a BDSM advisor on set when they filmed the scene. Especially the scene where the escort was freaking out after he and Kamol had sex. A professional would know what the deal is, and they would have negotiated terms prior to having sex. I thought that was an unfair depiction of the situation.

The person who was interviewed as a submissive was heavily bruised. Does the dominant look at it and feel cringe or sad? It's one thing to get into it during sex, but bruises come later. The person interviewed said that over time the skin hardens, and she doesn't bruise as easily. I've never seen an interview of a top who describes seeing their partner after intense play, most describe what happens during. When my former co-worker and I talked about dungeon play, I did not ask personal questions, just like I don't ask anyone else about their sex life.

I think that BDSM scenes need to have an advisor who is part of the community. I know we are past the stage of tying up hands and tickling with a feather, but we need someone who knows how to make vanilla viewers and people who want authenticity happy with the production.

Itt and Day are still a couple, and Kim was there because Kamol sent him, as in the series. They are fighting when they were trying to kidnap Kim. The only reason Itt stopped was to take care of Salmon. because in the novel, all of the fighting took place in front of Salmon.

I read it on wattpad, but only Kamol x Kim. They didn't translate Kom and Baiboon.

I liked the novel version of this better, but only because Itt in the novel was whooping some a$$ along with Kim. I like little Salmon though and how the couples did not hide their relationships in front of him. I know that I'm one of the 1-5 fans of this series, and will be sad when it's over.

My understanding of BDSM is second hand, but I know that consent, safety, negotiations and contracts are part of it. From what I understand, the submissive is the real power broker. In my opinion, Kamol did get explicit consent the first time they had sex, but Kim didn't know what he wanted, until his first experience. In the novel translation, Kim is blown away by how much he enjoyed the sex and has trouble processing it. To him, he isn't a submissive in bed, he probably doesn't know there are rules, and since Kamol used rent boys, he may not know there are rules either. Maybe it was not accurate, but realistically, vanilla people like me could not handle handle Kamol's intensity level because it would be like abuse to us. Although not in bed, K & K negotiate all the time, set boundaries and talk things over, so maybe that's a proxy.

I watched an interview of a person who identifies as a switch, but loves being being submissive and into intense physical play. Looking at her marks and bruises on video, if they realistically replicated them in a series, it would make people judge people who engage in BDSM.

The Japanese do lovely bondage, but it doesn't do anything for me sexually. What's that, a turtle shell? jk. Since Anne Rice's "Sleeping Beauty" did a number on me, I did not read 50 Shades, but someone IRL explained things to me. I think it's great that you tell us what BDSM is really like.

Who is Sing? I'm not sure who that is? My main shock is how young the actress playing Mild is. She looks about 10 years older than her stated age. I love X because he has some yandere traits, and we rarely see that in live action, even thought it's a common manga trope. I don't think the kiddos will be able to handle it if X gets truly possessive.

I read the manga but these comments are making me scared to watch the series. Maybe I'll wait until it finishes airing.

Even Sun has good acting, likable characters, beautiful scenery, friendships, brotherhood. Contrast that with Check Out. I'm even annoyed with Candy and Boat because they are 2 faced. This may sound crazy, but the only characters I have even tiny sympathy for is Praew, and Tee. Yes, Tee screwed up, but what Daonuea has done, especially using Tee to make Nine jealous, and playing kissy with Nine after leading Tee to believe he is thinking about a reconciliation is worse, even cruel. I think Nine and Daonuea deserve each other.

Remember, Tee was 1 strike, you're out, and Nine is do anything bad to me and I'll beg for more. I think the Daonuea puts in different brains for the different people he interacts with. the yacht crew got an eyeful, and it's probably posted online somewhere, but because it's Nine, it will be forgiven.
