The way I see it jongsuk was just a victim of cheols brainwashing, had he never met cheol he wouldn’t have done or even thought about doing what he did

Yes everything did go downhill but downhill for jongsuk and kyungmins characters, not the plot. He turned them into monsters jongsuk more affected by it than kyungmin that’s why kyungmin said to jongsuk ‘cheol was always more fond of you’ or something along the lines of that, eventually cheol had to deal with the consequences of it.

why didn’t the detective lady say anything ? She knew the truth and still watched him get a big funeral like ?? So stupid imo if she was gunna chase jongsuk for 2 whole episodes the least she could’ve done was reveal what he did

Jaebum was the killer he supposedly had some mental disorder where he was attached to his own dead twin (who was a bad person) 🥴🥴 ik it’s pretty stupid

The show was very different to the webtoon I’ve heard in general so if they wanted to do that they should’ve had s1 end on suho supposedly ‘dying’ and pick it up from there because the ending they gave us was not a cliffhanger or suggestive of needing a s2 whatsoever

The story I think was great I just think the twist of Han being alive was quite stupid and the main let down here

Seojun is just a sore loser with 0 respect that still couldn’t win jukyung over even with suho abroad for 2 years I think it was?? LMAOOO just a walking L definitely deserved it for tormenting and ultimately traumatising suho for something that he had no control over. He was honestly worse than soojin

If I could I would give this show a 0 how did a show that started off so strong become so terrible ? This show is the textbook definition of falling off… whether it was the constant obsession with inserting the second ml into every haewoo scene or the terrible mystery subplot which honestly added nothing to the show or was the stupid break up before the end of the show to get back together trope the main couple followed not sure what the last straw was for me but this show truly took a turn for worst and it’s a shame because I enjoyed the fml and mls characters and dynamics at the start. Please skip this unless you enjoy watching garbage

Maybe it was featured in the directors cut I don’t actually know since I didn’t watch that one but I also thought that was a little weird how they never showed us his reaction

A masterpiece definitely deserves a higher rating unique plot, beautifully shot, Suzy’s acting was incredible, didn’t feel like it was dragging just overall amazing show

Only good thing about this season was how dr ha died and the fact that oh yoonhee didn’t come back to life 2 episodes after she had died

S1 did not have an open ending come on… we see him move schools and the last thing we see is him about to fight bullies just like at his last school that was a pretty closed ending to me ?

Despite it being confirmed to have a s2, it had a proper ending. I honestly think it will ruin this amazing show before it elevates it in any way because there was actually no need .. nothing left to expand on.

Jihoon needs an award or even just a nomination for this show his acting was incredible and I look forward to his future projects excluding s2

I’ve tried watching waikiki and did not find it funny whatsoever and was actually quite surprised it was labelled as a comedy. To me most attempts at humour failed miserably however this show had me laughing from the first episode would you say the humour was just different or ?

Anyone planning on watching this show seeing all the bad comments don’t have doubts or skip out on it for this reason it’s truly an amazing show and has its large amount of praise for a reason (generally). Come to your own judgement but I seriously enjoyed this drama and you will too if you enjoy the makjang genre which I don’t think half of this comment section seems to realise that this drama is. It’s over-the-top, dramatic and overall crazy for a reason and if you enjoy things like this in a drama go right for it.

Maybe I’m just sick but I kinda liked that they killed him off made for an empty feeling right at the end when she killed mujin especially since almost every single character that was shown also died. As for her, she ended up right where she started .. alone which was unfortunate but it was a nice ending for this show I don’t think a happy ending would’ve fit it well. Idk gave me the end of a movie feel if that makes any sort of sense.

It’s fully completed great show btw. As the for the gore I’d say it’s quite gory but not too much maybe 5-6/10

I thought the trolley problem was in relation to whether the fml should publicise her husbands crime at the cost of losing the bill or keep her friend quiet until the bill was passed .. her making a decision, was this not her choosing to pull the level and change the track or do nothing ?

That paired with the way they set his character up in the beginning made it so hard which is unfortunate. Had we not seen what seemed like such a loving husband that cared and did everything right for more than half the show, I doubt anyone would sympathise with him even if he actually succeeded in his attempt.
