Can the rating reach 9 already so i can sleep in peace? This is not just a cdrama, it is a masterpiece

After everything that happened to this poor man, I don’t think he will live past 50

Indeed he was silly and childish for this, Yet a marriage has not to be perfect, just as he forced her to marry him and drugged her to take her with him (though that was kind of protection and wanting the good for her.) the FL also was revenging for that since the day she got married to him, not only she was giving him a cold shoulder, but couldn’t bring herself to communicate and express her anger, she spent her days slapping him and blaming him for everything, plus getting into doing what she likes, she already made him experience some of the pain she experienced, I guess that was enough as a punishment for him since he loves her deeply, for me, they complete each other and they are real soulmates, both are not perfect, both are stubborn. I just hope that jinqi learn that loving someone doesn’t mean deciding everything for them and lanxiang also needs to learn that protecting herself doesn’t require shutting him out completely, after all now that she married him, she can’t divorce or escape without a reason, so if she wanted to keep living well as she desired before, she has to bond with her husband.

We all feel sorry and pity for the FL but can we feel some pity for the ML too lolll? The man spent his entire childhood dealing with a crazy father, later he broke his first engagement and took the blame, he grew up with his grand father who only cares genuinely about preserving the Lin family while jinqi grew up carrying a huge sense of responsibility towards everyone, later he had to deal by three crazy women, one of them was his first wife who cheated on him whole time. however, he was more thoughtful than anyone, he secretly created a burial place and had the Shen family’s remains collected and buried properly, he gave them dignity in death which was extremely risky, and now sadly he also has to deal with a wife that he doesn’t know she is dealing with grief and identity, from his prespective he has no idea why she is pushing him away. From what I think lin jinqi is not simply a poor innocent man or a cruel man, but he’s someone who made choices within circumstances he couldn’t fully control, and some of those choices hurt the person he loved, I am really waiting forward for his character development after he finds some hidden truths.

There are a lot of revenge dramas, I think it is perfect that we got a cdrama with a different concept, the whole point is letting go and live well, I wouldn’t like to see the FL revenging on the emperor and getting herself killed.

I love how their communication is growing, and the looks he was giving her and the way she lowered her gaze when she realized, oh my I was screaming their chemistry is crazy

Poor lanxiang, she spent and keep spending all her days saving others and devising solutions for them, plus saving herself. hope jinqi starts thinking more about this rather than blaming her for being selfish and distant with him. He should just starts thinking more about how he would make her lean and rely on him instead of being silly and clingy.

He is not perfect, I am sure he has his flaws too, besides the FL doesn’t even love him, she never did.

Can someone suggest for me a cdrama as good as this one? It is been a long time since I’ve watched an entraining show like this one

He is so embarrassing someone throw him in the ocean or smth, I kept hiding my face and giggling all the episode, like why would you take your clothes off and assume she’d be affected by that boy bye hahaha

Just saw ep 33 preview, it is not funny anymore this girl getting on my nerves, like girrrrlll what about your husband, atleast check on him a little

One of the best tbh, no boring episode and every plot will Just attract you to watch more

Shes stronger than me, if I were her and watch my husband following me like a puppy and throw explanations so I won’t be upset id have have forgiven him fast, but good for her, she should keep acting that way till he admit his mistake lol

Literally, seems like every woman was fighting for a better life and some of them don’t want to rely on a man for that and that pushes them to use manipulative tricks, honestly I can’t hate any of them.

You can’t call this guy a red flag or a black flag tbh (maybe an orange flag lol) , indeed he was selfish and did wrong about the forced marriage but also let’s not forget he is understanding, trusted her since the beginning, loyal, helped her when needed, was good to maids and his family. and the fact that he took her as his first wife instead of a concubine or brought her back as a maid which he could have done just to admire her far from him (or not giving her freedom) was a better choice for her (even better than choosing that scholar Han.) and I hope she will realize that with time. He already broke all the rules after he decided to fall for her and that was enough.
