Anyone else getting deja vu? Looks like the plot of "Brewing Love" and "The Potato Lab." Some screenwriter somewhere got lost sometime and was rescued by a hot farmer.
another drama with a female cop whose sole purpose it to make the ML look stupid and weak
There are 389,296,297,291 shows with male characters "whose sole purpose is to make the FL look stupid and weak," so I'm sure you can find something you can watch somewhere.
wow this is surprisingly good!can someone recommend me with something similar to this? Sweet, easy, and light…
How about "The Science of Falling In Love"? Sweet, realistic, relatable characters w/ good banter, chemistry, and pacing. FL is great - not stupid or helpless, ML is a cute nerd - not an alpha male in sight. And second couple is great too!
Dropped @ ep 10. Sooo sick of ML dragging FL around, insulting her, glaring at her, forcing kisses on her - blech. That's not romantic, that's not charming, it's just abuse.
Fool me once, shame on you, etc. If you watched the first one (and you definitely ought to before watching this), you were probably disappointed in the ending. Well, you'll have deja vu if you give this one a try. Just as well told and well acted (both leads in particular are excellent), but you have: 1. Forgiving an absentee parent waaay too easily 2. The leads happy together for -FIVE MINUTES ONLY-, in the middle of the movie 3. Stella sad while Fidel's life is finally going well at the end, instead of the opposite at the end of the first movie
TL; DR: If you liked the first, you'll like this. If you didn't...well, fool you twice if you watch it.
(commenting this everywhere) i feel like I've watched every good BL that exists and now I'm actually stuck...…
Love this request! For "real chemistry, good visuals, soft but intense tension, and scenes that actually make you blush and melt," I would rec "See Your Love," "Long Time No See," "We Best Love," "To My Star," "Semantic Error," "Crank Up Hen." : )
Watched it on a plane because there was nothing else available, but I'm glad I did! While I wouldn't insist anyone else just HAD to see it, there's definitely some LOL in this campy comedy. If you enjoy light plots and slapstick, it's a hoot.
This show is not realistic at all about DID but it does some things right. I wonder they remake this? I would…
Have you tried "Deep in My Heart"? (2019 C-Drama - there are several shows with that name.) Soo good - great cliffhangers each episode. Likeable mains and seconds. Very well acted.
