So when she says take off your clothes to her brother in ep 3, it wasn't just her been inebriated, but her obsession acting out. Am sure ep 6 will show some scenes depicting her madness. In the novel she was truly annoying and instrumental to outing Luqing and Xianfan.

Remember the line by Luqing "has that thing never been used" indicating the V card. Also in the novel it never happened. Luqing was Xiaofan's first anything. I 'll give you a spoiler about the sister if you want it.

You are probably correct about that the adaptations, some part of the novel were left out so far. But then we need to wait till the end and watch the entire series to really know if he turns out to be an evil mastermind or just a victim of circumstance. And honestly, i would love to take film art class, i imagine it would be interesting.

That's closer to the depiction in the novel. Bei, was perplexed and felt Xioafan was deliberate in his actions to get closer to him.

He is truly not been a victim, but just trying to survive really on his own terms. He takes nothing for granted and is just trying to earn his keep. He a lovely character.

Yeah, Zhou Xin was a great friend to Bei and Ziyang. I enjoyed their dynamics especially Ziyang.

Is that Zhou Xin? He remained a friend of Bei to the very end, no betrayal whatsoever. He was just a bit skeptical about Fan fan.

Changyang is barely 20, so essentially he just left high school and literally just turned legal age wise. He is from a well to do family, his older brother can be seen as the investor who is interested in Qinglan and also has a budding relationship with his younger brother. Changyang is shirking off writing his Gaoka exams, though his family is trying to get him to write them.
