I only supported because of the pairing with txw, but since majority of his fans are boycotting I guess I would do the same. On weibo, his fans are asking the agency to give proof about why they chose this drama. Depending on their response we will see if the drama is worth supporting.

Yeah I feel bad too. It is very tricky for us to get any reliable news and information. On mdl there is so many articles about kdrama, but barely any about cdrama. If anyone has any more info please let me know.

Sorry if I sounded judgemental, I didn't realize that his company wad mistreating him. I only supported the drama because I wanted to see txw and zlh together, but if filming that drama is problematic than it is best if the company declines the role. I hope they start treating him better because he desrves it, and gives him his well deserved rest. Hopefully zlh and txw collaborate in a better drama.

I hope it all works out. He is a talented actor so he deserves to be treated with respect.

The 2nd ml getting more screentime was not because of zlh's agency, but because the producer of tpr liked his character and gave him more screentime. It wasn't the right thing to do, but you can't blame zlh's agency for that. I am pretty sure the side characters in tpr are not in zlh's agency. I don't know much about chasing the jade production team, but they are different from tpr so no need to compare both of them.

I feel like his chinese fans are overreacting. Since he already accepted the role why can't they support him. They complained before because the novel is female centred, so they thought he would get 2nd billing. But now the company gave him first billing and he will get more screentime, so I don't know what the issue is. Anyway, real fans will support him no matter what drama he is in, because we trust his decisions.

She barely has any pimples lol, but I like how this video disproves the plastic surgery allegations. Her face has not changed over the years, only the makeup is different.

I remember watching this while it was airing and the comments was literally a warzone lol. I personally really enjoyed the drama since I did not care about the sexuality of the characters. If it was bl, I would have watched, if it wasn't bl, still would have watched it. But shipping a 40+ guy with a highschooler is weird, so it is good they removed the bl part though I understand that is a plot hole since the og syh was bullied because he was gay.

Very enjoyable drama, though it felt draggy at times. The mother in law was so annoying, she literally so evil.

This is currently being aired on Chinese TV and it is getting high viewership. Due to its popularity, South Korea will also air it on November 13.

After tpr he got over 10 million weibo followers. Cnetz were also gushing about how handsome and how good his acting was in tpr. But if I had to say, I think the drama that made him popular was lbfad. Even though he was the 2nd ml, he gained many fans after that drama.

It is not only romance, it has slice of life and family. It won't feel draggy. The production company making this drama is really good, if they suspected that the drama would feel draggy then they would have cut the number of eps. Increasing it to 40 eps means that they see lots of potential.
