Actuallly, cutting unnecessary filler episodes and making them shorter would mean there is more space for a new drama. meaning more dramas but with less filler episodes and less dragg-y kdramas. Meaning more actors would be getting a piece of the pie, meaning more opportunities for less known actors to get roles and prove themselves

she knew how much she was getting paid before she signed the contract. These celebrities have agency's that negotiate on their behalf to make sure they're not being lowballed.
There's many people in the world like employees who live solely on tips that I would rather advocate for before I would ever advocate for Son Ye Jin not getting a few more millions on her contract.

I would rather they have just enough episodes for the story than to drag a story just so it fits a 16 episode drama. that's the worst
