Bittersweet
Lots of tender moments, character growth, redemption and a villain who is the epitome of radicalism. Each demon arc was separate but the story of the main leads led to one final story arc. It sill for me didn’t fully capture the reason for their fateful connection, but in the end it reflects some aspect of realism where sometimes love just doesn’t conquer all... or maybe it does just not in the way we hope or expect sometimes. Sometimes duty comes before personal wants and needs and leads to painful decisions and sacrifices.I wouldn’t rewatch not because it was boring or not good but real life is hard enough.

Frustrating
The story started off well enough, then started going downhill. The FL sister was just too much. it become so much with her hatred and seeming that I had to skip 15 episodes to get to the end, where bad guys didn’t get the end they deserved and main couple got a total BS ending. I find dramas where the villains are smarter than the leads too frustrating to watch and for me that was the case in this drama.Was this review helpful to you?

Short and sweet
The first season was about romance, this second season is about friendship and family. I enjoyed the dynamic between the mountain Gods... made me wonder why he fell in love with the human when mountain goddess is so bada$$ but.. it is what it is. This season was short and action packed in each episode, with some comedic scenes. Most of all I loved the friendship and his relationship with his little brother. The villains were not overly annoying or the main focus. Also the end sets us up where we could see a season 3 happening but if it doesn’t still good.Was this review helpful to you?
