I absolutely enjoyed this show and can definitely recommend it! Every episode got me interested, which is rare as I find most middle episodes of dramas are slow and less interesting so I skip a lot. But not this time. If they would have expanded the show to more episodes, it would have been even better!
If you are debating whether to watch it or not: Go watch it! You will enjoy it!
I was reading different theories but none of them made really sense to me. 'They are dead' - Tae Sul is dead but…
The more I think about the ending, the less it makes any sense. It was already hard for me to overlook some of the false scientific facts regarding the itself, but I could deal with it. But the ending... I hate it.
The most fitting word to describe my feelings after finishing the show is 'confused'.
I was reading different theories but none of them made really sense to me. 'They are dead' - Tae Sul is dead but Seo Hae in that form doesn't even exist, hence she cannot be in the afterlife? 'It all was a dream' - But if she existed before, why does he need the pills etc? Is the brother still gone during that time? Also she seemed to be the very same person as after the war, which doesn't make sense because she is who she is because of the war. 'Seo Hae is a hallucination' - but how does he know her then? 'A different timeline' - which one though? the uploader doesn't exist, even if it would be at a later time, Seo Hae as the person we have seen throughout the show would not exist and Tae Sul is still dead.
This gives me a headache.
Also, I am confused about Sigma. I saw theories that he is 'becoming / dressing up' as Tae Sul because he cannot deal with the death of the latter. Okay, I would understand that but showing him with the book showing everything is just unncessary or foreshadowing that something might happen. Also, the notes would've disappeared because none of that could have happened as all the people from the future, which included the war starting in 2020, could not have come because there is no uploader. Hence, Tae Sul would't have killed himself because everything would have been undone. Also if the people from the future would not have come, his brother would not have disappeared.
I am so confused. It makes me mad. I finished the show over 1 hour ago and now I cannot sleep because it confuses me so much, which also makes me mad.
I am only at Ep 4 but Gao Song annoys me so much. He is so arrogant and doesn't care about his team mates... He shouldn't join any military organisation, really... at least not one where team work is crucial... I wouldn't trust him because he'd see his own profit first... He thinks he is the best and is quite disrespectful towards other people... I hope he has some character development soon.
Being mad is one thing and she has every right. However, she is repeatedly assaulting a civilian. I don't know…
I am actually interested in that as well (I have law modules in my studies) but I think this series is not the best example ;) I hope you can enjoy the show! If not, there are many good law and police kdramas that I could recommend! Have a nice day! :)
It's not only the repeated assaults that annoy me, but also the breaking in entering. She is just not likable,…
That's alright :) Honestly, I get what you mean. I just didn't take it that seriously because that's just how the show is made. If I watch it more seriously (what I usually do), I would completely agree with you. However, I would dislike most characters - though, having police officers committing so many crimes is pretty annoying.
