This really didn't grab me right away. The first couple episodes make the two protagonists seem inept on dealing with anyone socially. Da Reum is made to act just ridiculous throughout a good part of this series, while Ha Gi seems out of touch with everyone around him. I think the only character I liked from the start was Lee Chan. He seemed kind of genuine, given the history of what his past was about. The acting was fine for all three leads, It was nice to finally see Woo Min play a good guy for a change. He's always the person to hate in past dramas. He showed he can play both good and evil.
By the time episode 3 finishes up, it actually begins to develop into a pretty decent series, It eventually gets into a more series tone, particularly after the pinnacle episode of 7. That changes a lot in the drama.
I know there were 12 episodes, but I really thought it could have concluded after the 11th one. Everything really seemed to get wrapped into a nice bow, giving lots of happy endings ... but it continued with another hour.
Surprisingly, the final episode did add a bunch to the story, cementing an even better ending than expected. The sub plots were concluded in a great way, especially with the five "idols"
All in all, it was an enjoyable watch, and a satisfying ending.
