I mean, compared to the Manhwa, this is very light. They did a good job at this adaptation. Their relationship were not toxic, their own being were, both of them had hard childhoods so they need time to growth and healing themselves first.

I'm sure FL is misunderstanding ML about her grandmother. ML never said that he approves or not about her decision, he just said that he is sorry. 2ML told FL that ML "helped" for that decision, I'm sure next episode grandma will clear that misunderstanding.

She isn't omniscient like us, in her head, she has no interest neither she thinks that he has any interest in her. 2ML character is only for that, he will try everything to break them up. I just hope, that both MCs has a healthy relationship and don't break up easily.
