I completed, I think even if their parents married, ML would not be in their family register because he asked his mother to been on her family register. So legally FL and ML can married even if their parents are married.

Didn't watch it, but if they are dating that's not making them step siblings, only when their parents married.

I mean, compared to the Manhwa, this is very light. They did a good job at this adaptation. Their relationship were not toxic, their own being were, both of them had hard childhoods so they need time to growth and healing themselves first.

I'm sure FL is misunderstanding ML about her grandmother. ML never said that he approves or not about her decision, he just said that he is sorry. 2ML told FL that ML "helped" for that decision, I'm sure next episode grandma will clear that misunderstanding.
