The hate is unfound. The FL just dont wanna marry, she never said that didnt want to be with the ML until they die. She just dont want to have a paper. I think that ML just misunderstanding that part, that "dont wanna marry = our relationship is temporary". In my point of view, marriage now days is not a big issue, and some are make it a bigger problem that is.

I think that if FL doesnt wanna have childrens and ML want it, that is a valid reason for the break up.

Not really, but is somehow about her family. In my imagination, he write that her parents didnt love her and they did abandon her thats why she write sex storys because of her poor childhood. Thats half true, thats why she cant tell the police that it was defamation.
