If someone makes a request on Dramafever to have it subbed then it'll be subbed piratically any where.
If only Dramafever still existed ! If it were in Korean I’d be able to sub it but… I might considering learning Chinese just cause it’s taking almost a decade to get subs in now 🙂↕️

Just found out … They are releasing the game ‘Honor of Kings’ (the game they play in this tv series ) in…
got to play as wang zhaojun, (princess white) . Can see why jingjing chose her.. her moves are easy. The game itself is fun, not quite like arena of valor . Only has similar characters. Its nice that you can have chinese audio with english subtitles in the game ʕᵔᴥᵔʔ
They're not really related. They just happen in the same universe and there is some connections between a few…
Have you seen the series yet?
She asked how they were related. Not whether it was important. Meaning Dongfang and Wangquan clan share longtime relations that will run into the third season as well. They mention Wangquan in the first season several times.
In the third season , it also becomes important because that is Wangquan’s mom and Dongfang Yuechu’s aunt.
Okay... , so what if people don't like these characters and they way they are?
You should watch the donghua if you want characters that are more modern and show emotion. Season 1 of Fox Spirit Matchmaker is set in the modern world.
Bai Yuechu is the protagonist (aka as Yuechu) but he is the only descendant that can use the same powers as DongFang Yuechu. Plus he is his doppelgänger , so Tuhan Yaya and Tushan Rong Rong claim he is only one to help Tushan .
The Red Moon Pact was introduced as season 3 in the series. Ancient Chinese fantasy dramas aren’t always going to have romantic aspects to them. Even though these stories are fictional themselves , most of them showcase how unfair life can be :/
"HOW is this related to Red Moon Pact.?"
Go ahead and tell the director they're not related and that you think its irrelevant.
Maybe he can get through to you because you miss point of connections or you want to omit details .
Since you arent the director or the creator of the series, dont disregard any detail from it.
The details are important if you want to understand the relationship.
I am happy to explain anything commentors want about the series because ive seen it through multiple times.
I understand the story line, i think the live-action is more "cut-throat" than the series.
The series i think is where people should start if they cant handle the heavy content.
The only difference is that you will see in season 1: the reincarnation of the ml "17th yuchu" named Bai yuechu.
and then Susu is "chibi-sized" Hong-Hong".
2nd season: this season with qing-tong and wangquan fu gui.
he is the cousin of dongfang yuechu and becomes head of wangquan clan.
3rd season;
red-moon pact
kind of same plot but theres differences. can watch that if you guys
want.
Its nice that you can have chinese audio with english subtitles in the game ʕᵔᴥᵔʔ

I’ve seen the donghua but I needed to go back to compare it because I felt like there was something missing..
Sure enough
The 1st scene wasn’t the same:
There were 3 guys coming after DongFang Yuechu. A Taoist, tiger demon, and crane demon, but they took out the Taoist for whatever reason!
Second thing I noticed was the battle scene between the fire immortal and the Mount Tu Fox Spirits.
The battle was by boat when he first attacked Mount Tu. In the live action, they totally skipped this scene!
In my honest opinion, the donghua is way better… the fairies are also nicer to him as I’m seeing.
One last thing, you know how Rong Rong was against him staying in the live-action??
In the donghua, she’s the one who offers him to stay and it’s Hong Hong who’s not as welcoming to him at first.
This basically the love story between Fu Gui and Qing Tong.
Bai Yuechu is the protagonist (aka as Yuechu) but he is the only descendant that can use the same powers as DongFang Yuechu. Plus he is his doppelgänger , so Tuhan Yaya and Tushan Rong Rong claim he is only one to help Tushan .
