I’ve got 15 chapters left. Found it a slog tbh as the sex scenes are written with such flowery, over the top language🖤

This should have been a 20 Ep series, I’m only left with questions not that warm fuzzy feeling I usually get at the end of a series. I’m only half way through the book so hopefully that will answer: How the hell Sheng Shaoyou survived? Why Hua Yong is such a shit dad? Why does Peanut call Shen Wenlang Dad too? And biggest of all what happened with Shen Wenlang and Gao Tu???

6.5 / 10 for me. I enjoyed, but wouldn’t watch again. Every episode had a jumping about Time Machine feel which I really dislike and it often focused on pointless things and then skimmed through really important parts🖤

ps. Shen Wenlang, feel free to be a toxic asshole to me any time, I find a massive ego dead attractive on a really good looking man/woman🖤

Really loved this series! It was an easy watch and was a really honest portrayal of both modes of romantic love in your early 20’s: Horny as hell or arguing about nothing. I also liked that it shared every aspect of love: sibling love; friend love: parental love as well as romantic love. It gave a short light hearted series some depth 🖤

I found the show problematic at points but the lovely realistic stuff made it worth it. Since starting to watch Asian shows I’ve been shocked at how non PC they are!

Does anyone know what the English version of the book is called please? I’ve read that it’s better that the series (which I loved just question some production decisions) 🖤

What a bizarre show!?! It had it all, sweet fluffy duck first love, a very graphic surprise r@pe scene (not hiding this as a spoiler as there is ZERO warning and some folks may need to avoid seeing it) highly predictable infidelity and some of the worst will they/wont they GL I’ve seen. And what was with the ending? Are they hinting at an equally painful second season? I’ve got solid pine furniture less wooden than the majority of these actors!

Yes lovely, I’ve been living it for almost 20 years. I know it’s hard to believe but this all consuming love can happen. I waited until I was 29 to get married and kissed a lot of frogs, both boys and girls. I think that’s why I’m enjoying this series so much as it’s similar to my relationship!🖤

I just want to let everyone who is young and single know that love like this isn’t only make believe, it really does exist!

I really hope PP x Pond stay a fixed ship. Their chemistry is mind blowing 🤯, they are both very beautiful men (let’s be honest 99% of the time it’s one stunner and one average Joe) and their acting styles match.

Don’t want to be shallow but they make an absolutely stunning looking ship!! Like Pond x Phuwin, Perth x Santa level good looking!! Normally there’s one stunner and one average looking guy in a ship but Peterpan x Pond are both beautiful!!!

Christ on a bike, I didn’t see that ending coming!! Realistically though Mark could have done it 5 episodes ago and saved themselves a lot of worry, tears and lives lost. Looking forward to reading the book now to fill in all the supposed plot holes. My rating is 100% biased as the cast were was blessed with some outstanding beauties (Joss, Gawin, Mond and Um)🖤

I don’t think Nakan was talking about Tonkla. I think exactly the same thing happened to Nakan as was happening to Mark… he fell in love with a golden blood which he thought they were protecting and Thara killed him. I think it was Ep 8 that showed a flash back 🖤
