Man.. I really like this drama.. and I feel like it had so much potential to be great but it just let me down at times. For example.. the action scenes with Dong Ju felt so unrealistic.. like how one moment he gets beaten the hell out of, then the next he's perfectly fine. Now here's the thing.. if you're going to film an unrealistic drama.. why not just go all the way?? Why stop half way and try to make things realistic there and there. A drama that does this well is Study Group. The ending could have been better.. it was lacking in action. And the momentum / pacing of the drama was lost in the last few episodes. The scenes just felt so random at times. The main villain didn't have a "comeback" there was no plot twist in the end.. It just felt so predictable and unsatisfying in my opinion.. Nevertheless, the action throughout the drama was nice. Romance.. was okay in my opinion. It was nice but the chemistry was definitely not perfect. Overall this drama started very very well, had a lot of potential but just got less impactful/intense as each episode went by. Still a great watch and I would say the 8.4 ratings are justified.

Perfect post. Honestly more people need to see this. The amount of people that have false ideas about the male characters in this drama is batshit crazy.
I see so many people fantasizing that Ah-Jin really loved Jae-Oh or that she actually cared about Jun-Seo because of her dream / hallucination.
It truly frustrates me that even in the drama's end, Ah-jin manages to manipulate a lot of the drama's viewers.
There is no character development in this drama. None at all. You can have manipulative, abusive, sociopaths, psychopaths, victim mentality, pure evil and all the other crazy written characters. Even bad ending is fine. I have given dramas that have those a 9/10. But the fact there was ZERO character development in this entire drama makes it a 5/10 minimum in my opinion. The only thing that made me finish this drama was Kim You Jung's acting. If it wasn't for that, I would have dropped it.
Such a heartwarming, calm, relaxing and soothing drama. I enjoyed it very much. The characters were all great.. (literally); I can't think of one bad character. The romance / chemistry was spot on as well. Ratings do seem a little bit low, it's an 8 - 8.5 at least.
Ratings are a bit too low. 8/10 should be the minimum for this one. Personally it was a 9/10 for me. Romance was extremely well done, chemistry between leads were perfect; the drama focused heavily on the main characters; and there was a perfect ratio between main and side character screentime which is rare in kdramas these days.
Also, the fact that every single time the FL treated the ML harshly both in past and present, the ML got his revenge or gave her back the same treatment in a sweet loving way, was so cute. The show doesn't tell you directly but it's a subtle detail that makes the drama special. Even in moments where you think a character is treated unfairly, it almost always concludes in a sweet heartwarming way. Almost every piece of drama/conflict was resolved beautifully. And that's why this kdrama deserves a higher rating in my opinion.
Hwang Min Hyun was the perfect actor for this drama lmfao. His facial expressions were 10/10. I couldn't stop laughing. This drama feels more like a comedy than an action imo and the story isn't that good... but you will definitely have fun watching this.
This drama was so fun. Mun Ka Young is one of my favorite female actresses but I don't think she was able to shine as much with the character in this drama sadly.. The chemistry was kinda all over the place in my opinion.. In some moments it was great, some it felt off.. but the last episode was pretty nice. I did also feel like the main lead's character was treated way too harshly at times.. but what made up for it, was the fact the female lead ended up doing all the things she 'hated' him for in the past and enjoying it xD. Overall, it was a fun and nice drama.

The acting was on point in this drama... But there are quite a few things that doesn't make sense which I am fine with because supernatural power dramas are not supposed to make perfect sense especially time travel ones. However... I do feel like this drama was quite unrealistic in some aspects that SHOULD have been realistic. The progression of this show was just weirdly done.. The character development just felt super unrealistic in my opinion. Either way, this is a great show for romance enjoyers overall and I agree with the rating given for the show.
Beautiful romance and such an interesting story... but everything just came crashing down in the end. It felt so rushed.. I was disappointed in the ending and I think so many things were unanswered. I really loved the romance and acting in this drama. I feel let down with how things played out in the end.. but it was still a beautiful ending for the couple.. I don't understand how this drama is so highly rated. I will give it flowers on its production and acting as it was very well done but.. the story and the male lead's character was so badly written. The fact that he only remembers the timelines in the last episode was a bit sad. Also the fact that we barely get any character development from him.. because everything keep resetting.. I just couldn't enjoy his character for a majority of times except during the final episode. Imagine if we had the version of his character where he remembers everything at episode 8. The story would have been sooo much more fun and could of been a lot more interesting... This drama is great for romance enjoyers but it's extremely overrated.
This is one of the best kdramas if you are looking to cry and be on a emotional rollercoaster. The bad reviews are just overexaggerated in my opinion. While there are a lot of truths to them, the majority of us watch kdramas to satisfy our emotional side and not our logical (that's for the real world). This was one of the best kdramas I've seen in a while and I don't regret it! The music, acting, story-telling (at times) and production was on point.
Just finished Flex X Cop! I absolutely loved the acting from the leads. All the characters including side characters, played their roles really well. The comedy aspect was funny throughout but the last few episodes had a more serious undertone, accompanied by some tearjerking scenes in my opinion. The main lead is childish but it was bearable when he went 'Sherlock mode' in some scenes. The last few episodes we didn't get to see that 'Sherlock' side of him, which was a bit disappointing, and there wasn't any comedy. The whole concept of the drama changed during the last few episodes, but it was still very entertaining and relevant to the plot. Honestly, the drama was a bit too predictable (in terms of who were the villains) and there wasn't much 'mystery' to it. There was a lot of hinted romance between the main leads, but it never really concluded (not even a hug!). Though in some way I'm glad there wasn't any romance because it would have been awkward. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed seeing this drama and think you will too!

The ending was great and I love the explanation for certain scenes in the last episode. But the overall story for me.. was lowkey a bit boring at times.. I didn't feel any suspense or that 'strong desire to watch the next episode' feeling. The romance scenes were great between the main couple but the secondary couple scenes, I wasn't really quite a fan of.. The secondary couple just felt so out of place especially when this is a fantasy drama with Gods lol. Park Bo Young's acting and facial expressions in episode 14 in that rooftop scene were incredible and I wished there were more scenes like that. Conclusion: I recommend watching this drama if you love a good romance but if you're more interested in story, you may not like this one.

Overall, this drama has become one of my favorites because of the great acting and character development. The romance is very strong in this one as well for some bonus re-watch value points. Highly recommend this drama!
