I always wonder, in plots like this, if the character ever regrets not remembering the winning lottery numbers. Anyway. What did Armin do—or not do—in his past life to deserve this kind of fate? The second episode is a little chaotic. Armin can’t stop blurting out spoilers from the future, meanwhile, Thada seriously needs to start taking notes—dude has a whole company to run, and this might be the weirdest board meeting prep ever.🤣 I have so many questions: How did he come back? Who helped him? Was he poisoned, cursed, or just dramatically inconvenienced? Is this his first time returning or has he been stuck in a cosmic “try again” loop? Either way, I’m intrigued. Mildly confused. But mostly intrigued.
"The reason I became like this is because of you." Not like this. Not this way. I get it — he’s affected, he’s sad, and he’s lost… but still. He’s an adult.I believe people should grow up and learn to take responsibility for their own mistakes. And then there’s the other side — Tam. Is it really okay to disappear on someone without a single explanation? I mean — what would make you just poof out of a relationship? Unless you're a secret agent, a time traveler, or part of a witness protection program... you owe someone a few sentences. Hopefully there is a good explanation.I don't want it to be a cliché like: - I thought I was getting in the way of your work - I should have been treated - I saw you talking to someone else and I thought you were in love with him.
I was like, “Wait, what message is everyone getting here that completely flew over my head?” But hey, I kept…
I have this unfortunate habit of searching for deeper meaning in TV shows — and honestly, I blame Dev and Lost. This time, I promised myself: Just watch. No theories. 😁 because in the end, it turns out that there are more plot holes than in a block of Emmental cheese.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but an extra day is added to the calendar every four years just to correct the discrepancy…
My question wasn’t why, it was since when. And no, it’s not because I missed a science class — I know how leap years work. We all do (hopefully). I just thought this show was deep. Like Lost (time loops, hidden meanings…)-level mystery, but with better lighting and less yelling in the jungle. So naturally, I started wondering: “Wait… is this whole thing a time loop? Is everything repeating? Has it been happening for centuries? .... And then came this week's episode😕 So maybe I should dial down the galaxy-brain theorizing and accept the supernatural soap opera for what it is - good old-fashioned, TV-grade curse.
I was sick, and my brain needed something easy and mindless. A little bit of 2gether, a little bit of Duen from My Engineer, a little bit of this, a little bit of that…I watch too many BL dramas.
Yes, I like it! I’m a sucker for this kind of plot — mysterious, deep, full of meaning… or at least pretending to be. But this last episode? Oh dear… They try to explore big topics — free will, morality, love, friendship, good vs. evil, the purpose of the universe (and we all know the correct answer is 42). Very noble. Very deep. Very... things. It’s like a never-ending carousel ride: round and round, episode after episode, throwing in new questions and giving… exactly zero answers. And there I am — convinced there’s some profound truth beneath it all. And then I get mad at myself for falling for it again. But the worst part? The whole time, my brain is screaming:“There’s a dark, mind-blowing, heartbreaking secret at the core of everything! I can feel it! It’s coming! I swear!”…And then it doesn’t. Or maybe it does. But it’s episode 9 out of 12, and I’m still waiting — desperately wanting to know how they’ll change their fate.
Okey. Armin…You are rebooting. Now put on Armin Van Buuren and and say ‘Blah Blah Blah’ to everyone who tried to break you. I love these kinds of stories.
I was like, “Wait, what message is everyone getting here that completely flew over my head?” But hey, I kept…
Love Mechanics... was my little obsession for a while (during Covid) — I even went full curiosity mode and read the novel! When it comes to BL dramas, I’m all about the fluff and sugar — no emotional roller coasters for me. Just give me soft boys, sweet moments, and zero heartbreak.
I was like, “Wait, what message is everyone getting here that completely flew over my head?” But hey, I kept…
Ooooh, good choice — I like it! I see The Next Prince as a Disney fairy tale — sweet and beautiful. Nothing more. I absolutely love A Tale of a Thousand Stars. Have you seen it?
Man, I have to agree with this review. By episode 3 I was like, I can't take this anymore let me come over to…
I was like, “Wait, what message is everyone getting here that completely flew over my head?” But hey, I kept watching, hoping the show would magically improve. Maybe I enjoy disappointment. Who knows? I still think Eric Northman from True Blood is the sexiest vampire. ☺️☺️☺️
episode 2 Some of the life and intrigue seem to be missing around the main characters. I don't know. It's not bad, but it's boring to watch for those who know the original.
can we talk about how delusional everyone is about this show 😭 also im sorry but someone fore the director…
The cast worked wonders with what they had. I'm not kidding. They were out there fighting for their lives against a script that flatlined on page two. The characters are so flat and boring — they just sit there, talking to the camera, explaining how they feel. Tong expresses a total of three emotions — all with the same facial expression. He can do more. I’ve seen him in better roles. Mark plays a vampire — high energy, sexy — whose entire character development revolves around taking his shirt off. That’s it. He deserves better. Tonkla is uninteresting; his personality is stuck on “annoying and serious.” Seriously?! 😱 This is Neo we’re talking about! And this is what they gave him? Criminals. Nakan is literally the only good thing in the entire show — and even that gets ruined by the end. I could go on forever, because the list of flaws in this series is genuinely endless. ☺️ The plot was rushed, character development non-existent, and the big showdown with Thara felt like speed-running a boss battle just to get to the bath scene. Priorities, I guess? I really hope Revamp: The Undead Story is more interesting.
