The first episodes are so funny and sweet! Fingers crossed that it stays this delightful all the way to the finale.

The novella feels sweeter. It’s still a slow-burn romance, but the things that used to bother me are gone — and honestly, they didn’t need to be there in the first place. The relationship between the two is more balanced now, and they actually talk to each other, which I really love. I’m especially looking forward to the lily pond scene — I just know it’s going to be beautiful.

You lock eyes with the prettiest strawberry tart you've ever seen—glossy, perfectly arranged, glistening under bakery lights like it's auditioning for "Cake Idol." Naturally, you fall in love. You buy it. You hold it like it's a newborn. You take a bite...It’s gorgeous, but the taste is just… disappointing. I got seduced by appearances.
That's exactly how this series made me feel.Visually? Chef’s kiss. The cinematography? Gorgeous. The actors? As pretty as the tartaleta.
But the plot? It's like the writers ran out of sugar halfway through and thought salt would do.
I’m just… dramatically disappointed.

I haven't read the novel, but I assume it captures the changes in feelings more clearly, allowing the reader to truly feel how love is born.
