The ending came very quickly, as if they were in a hurry to finish it. Some of the things that seemed important at the beginning were never addressed, such as Ji Soo Heon’s illness. I didn’t feel any budding romantic feelings between the characters, so I was very surprised by the ending. Where did they come from? I thought they were just friends.
It’s insane that it took me this long to pick up this series. I know — my own fault for putting it off over and over again. I actually watched it again after I finished it because it was so good and I needed more time with these characters.
Just as fun, silly, and chaotic as the other entries in the anthology—maybe even more so. Honestly, I was laughing every five minutes, if not more. I can easily recommend the show to anyone with a high tolerance for the absurd or who simply wants to have a great time watching something. And in fact, beneath all the laughter and nonsense lies the most important truth: hard work never betrays you.
While I was watching the series, I had so many thoughts, and now that I've finished it, all I'm left with is: I liked this a lot! It was exactly what I was in the mood for—clever, creative, mysterious, emotional, and with a little romance. Also, I’m rating this 9.5 stars, so what am I even saying?
While I was reading the summary, I knew I would like it. What I didn't expect was how tender the heart of this story would be. Beneath the fights and the yearning lies a story about trauma — inherited, inflicted, survived. About what it means to be soft without being weak. About what it means to care, to love, and to trust.
I didn’t feel any budding romantic feelings between the characters, so I was very surprised by the ending. Where did they come from? I thought they were just friends.
Holy poopballs, you guys — this was fantastic.
