Thx cuzz it gets annoying w the comparisons of Bai Lu and Cheng Xiao both actresses had really GOOD chemistry w Xu kai especially Bai Lu cuzz as they done three together so I get why ppl wanna CP stan so much but I do not like it that is coming to a point that ppl are criticising Xu Kai and Wu JinYan CP cuzz theirs is one of the ones , I STAN so much due to how intense their chemistry together is, as it REALLY gives me a belly ache of butterflies and internal screaming , along w Bai Lu and Cheng Xiao ones (But mostly theirs for me) . So I've been highly anticipating this drama for a long time and seeing the frowns about their wonderful CP is truly upsetting that ppl do not give it chance.

Am I the only one who cant see how the FL looks older than the ML as I agree that the make up done on her was REALLY bad but in real life Wu JinYan doesn't look old at all for me. Also in most Asian dramas the FL is usually older than the ML in real life BUT they STILL make a GOOD chemistry for the drama. I am just confused on that and also I also don't like the criticism on the FL acting skills cuzz I think she did a good job on it since its very different from being Wei Yingluo, who is cunning and icy, pls remember THIS drama's FL is meant to be warm, smart and soft(By the way this is what I think at the moment. Not Wei Yingluo's characteristic. Overall apart from that I'm happy to see Wu Jinyan in main leads dramas again-as its been a long time- especially if its historical cuzz she does a REALLLYY good job on that and I think some should be patient and wait for the upcoming ep to come to see her skills after all I think they had to do some changes on this drama, so I hope we can wait pls. (I hope some don't get offended from this as this is something I've been seeing in all social platforms about the Royal feast casts and I wanted speak my thoughts on this matter).

It is a yes/no for me because I understand your point as well but the Ming dynasty Cdrama also revealed the FL identity due to the History of the Ming dynasty but I also think you are right since original amount of episodes were meant to be 50 ep
