Ju Ji Hoon as a Prosecutor Husband? Likely going to wear a lot of sexy suits and show off his intelligence and be all demanding and arrogant and sexy??? SIGN ME UP
To anyone considering whether or not to watch this show, picture a sexy, tall Ju Ji Hoon in a black suit, giving orders, being demanding, and being the best at his job (like he always is, in each show he acts in) and thank me later :)
Despite people focusing more on his private life than his professional, his range simply cannot be denied. Many people started watching Korean shows because of him and that kind of worldwide recognition cannot be attained easily.
I've been a JJH fangirl for over 5 years now and it's so gratifying to see his fame grow across global Kdrama watchers! I've said it before and I'll say it again, main roles only💅
Literally just started this, but the gorgeous shot at 07:24 in episode 1 of Ju Ji Hoon's sexy arms/wingspan taking all 3 seats spread across a chair is HOT AS HELL
My expectations from this drama were high, but unfortunately maybe a little too high, and they weren't met in the end. The premise was good and the potential was there, but for me this would've worked better as a 6 episode show instead. I felt the female MCs development lacking, wasted characters in the form of the elder sister and in Ji Sang U, and in making the storytelling choppy instead of smooth like it was in the first 2 episodes. There was no need for repeated scenes of the male MC driving in a rage because of yet another 'female is in grave danger' scene, it loses its edge after it happens twice in a row and made the writing seem lazy. I absolutely despised the random scenes in the beginning where the male MC groped at his wife, seemingly out of nowhere and then snapped out of a 'daze'. Is this 2006 and these scenes are supposed to be seen as romantic again? It took away the excitement for me. The few highlights for me were office manager Kang Yeong U and assistant Park Do Jae who were both engaging, acted well, and became relevant quickly despite smaller roles. Also Na Yu Ri who remained effortlessly charming till the end. I also liked a small dive into how communication works between two people who want to open up but can't, and I liked Baek Sa Eon making an effort to learn sign language and how that changed their chemistry. I also liked both sets of parents, and the hidden old incident was actually good enough to prompt the trauma that both main characters suffered from, which is rare in shows like this.
In webtoon, he was hit with a bear hunting darts with contains analgesics and yet didn't faint. he's literally…
Dude no, honestly, in a 1v1 without any weapons maybe, but in actual criminal/policeman chase Vincenzo would have them dead before they could say, 'What?' because he'd always be 10 steps ahead and plan in advance. So if Vincenzo was the Vigilante for instance, he'd be invincible no matter who chased him. But in a pure physical fight, YJT would win, I agree.

But hmm, now I'm thinking, YJT trains well and is calm and collected, so maybe I would place it as YJT, then Vincenzo, then Ma Deong Seok. Only by a hairs-breadth difference though. Like a score of 100, 99.9 and 99.8 respectively

I get what you mean, Vincenzo is lethal fast but ultimately his body isn't large and that might be a disadvantage, but I like thinking that his vast range of different styles of fighting skills would make up for it, and it would be a draw. And ALSO OMG in one of the fight scenes in Vigilante I also thought of how well Ma Deong-seok would fit into Joo Ji Tae's character for being a big boy, but do you really think Ma Dong-seok wouldn't hold his own in a fight with YJT? I know he's a bit shorter but he's definitely got the strength part down, and also he's fast. I would think it would be a tie between the three tbh. I do think our sweet Vigilante wouldn't be able to fight on the same level as these three though, he's more on the level of Lee Jun Hyuk.
He was sizzling hot in Vigilante. Fuck, he's so so hot, beyond belief. I'm sorry but the face, the body, the voice, the acting, the height, and the cuteness, and the TALENT. AMAZING

I cannot explain to you how much I love your comment. But tbh Vincenzo is cruel more than strong, so his method to kill you might hurt infinitely more than just punches and kicks.
Feel so short and a lot of undeveloped storylines. I wished they have developed more on his police academy buddy.
I agree only about his friend tbh his stance was clear when he observed NJH and didn't report it. Also when he called to warn NJH about the search, it was apparent he knew what was going on and chose to protect and support his friend. It's not surprising that they decided to show young police officers losing faith in the justice system and taking matters in their own hands. It would be nice to see more scenes of him thinking and plotting and observing NJH to make us relate to his character though.
