at least someone sees Woong is doing wrong and i think i understand Yumi a bit because she still has trauma from her past relationship and how it ended

what i've learned in relationships and stories about relationships that end because of the guy's female friend is that even though nothing is happening between Saeyi and Woong and Woong tells that to Yumi, because he is actively not taking any action to stop how Saeyi behaves even when he knows what type of person she is, he is an enabler to her behaviour. Yumi already has insecurities because of her ex and sure this relationship is not the same, it doesn't mean that the trauma automatically goes away. Yumi is not controlling or jealous, but she is insecure and for a good reason.

Lol, you saying this "If Yumi wasn't so sensitive about Saeyi, as a confident girlfriend would be, he wouldn't have had trouble telling her casually that Saeyi moved to his building", means that you have never met girls like Saeyi before because no matter how confident you are, if your boyfriend doesn't draw the line with that friend, she will keep pushing boundaries. I mean from all we have seen about Saeyi, even you can tell she likes Woong and that he liked her at one point too and he knows she likes him and even the thing she did at the beginning when she met Yumi. She has always had intentions to break their relationship and i really don't know how you didn't see it even when the writers put in in plain font and even from her actions. Not sure if you are watching the same show as we all are. And again i will say you are right in Yumi being insecure, but wrong in her being controlling or jealous because there are red flags in the relationship that Woong and Saeyi has mostly on Saeyi's part and Woong knows that too buts refuses to address while telling Yumi not to worry like wtf. Any of us including you, no matter how confident you are will see red flags if you are able to put yourself in Yumi's shoes and see where she is coming from.

Like i'm not saying guys and girls can't have platonic friendship because it is very possible but Woong NEEDS to set clear boundaries in his friendship with Saeyi and he ain't doing that. Anyway, that's my two cents

hey, i am the same as you! i watch it for Bai Lu which i why i get disappointed when people just solely focus on the lack of skinship or Allen Ru. i am not saying the complaints are not valid because people can feel however they want. all i am saying is that the producers and directors all knew the clause he had in his contract, heck we as the audience knew it too. that where my problems lies, what made us think he he would all of a sudden change it because of this drama. i said above (please reference back to my previous comment) that it would also be great if there was more intimacy, but i'm not going to hold it against the actors, when everyone who was involved knew Allen's clause. heck all of the Chinese entertainment industry knows this. i'm just frustrated that when i come to the comments, a good portion of the comments, not all, are focusing on this

i understand what you mean but we all also knew that this coming into Forever and ever that he had clause. i'm just saying that the complaints are getting annoying because these same people complaining will watch another drama of his again in the future and keep complaining. maybe he will change and have more intimacy in his future projects so rather than spoil it doe everyone else who actually doesn't mind the lack of intimacy, just watch it and move on. not you though, i'm just saying in general and honestly, i would much rather this (of course i wish he would be more intimate) than anything just in case people try to come at him in the future

then don't watch it! you knew what you would be getting yourself into when you decided to watch a drama of his and yet here you are complaining. if you don't wanna watch then just drop it. the producers and directors also knew this and they still hired him because this was the actor they wanted to be the ML despite the clause he has. you saying all this might actually turn people away from a good drama. and i see people saying if it wasn't for One and Only, this would not be getting the hype that it has well we all know that too and are okay with it. What you are doing isn't criticism of the drama but rather, the actor because he doesn't fit whatever idea you have of someone playing in a romantic tv. like please stop. no one has ever said that the FL looks desperate because we are actually watching the show and understand what is happening

but she has not relied on the CEO though. they don't even have an affair! wth! all the ceo did without maybe even realizing it was make her understand how she deserves more than she had. is it wrong for her to have a crush on the ceo? you can't call her a user when she hasn't even used him. we literally have one episode left and everything you are saying that she is, is false. sure she's a bit dumb and lets people walk over her including her ex, but that's where it stops. lolololol, what do you mean the way she went about breaking up was brutal?

if i was in a relationship and i come home to pack my bags and my bf doesn't even notice without me getting his attention, then he sucks as a boyfriend. she could have legit walked out of that apartment and he would not have even realized it until later. i understand that she has to take responsibilities because she knew what he was like going into the relationship but she had to keep putting herself down and accommodating her bf because she was scared of what people would think. when she said that she saw what their future would be like when they turned 70 years old together and she didn't want that, i was so happy for her and her ex knew he messed up.

her ex was not good at saving, he was FRUGAL! nothing wrong but her was hella cheap. even when she bought clothes that were on sale just to feel good and for their wedding photo, he put her down. he freaking put her down and that was not fair. i don't know if you and i were watching the same show but apart from Maria, the other person who affected her self esteem and the way she saw herself was her boyfriend and i am so glad she realized she deserved more and i'm 100% sure alot of people agree with that

i think XM has something up his sleeves because he looked way too satisfied with himself in the last scene of ep 39

what do you mean gave up on him? all we ever saw him do was play games! he was barely there for her when she needed him to actually listen. he told her to cut off her only good friend because he felt that she was changing her for the better. y'all should rewatch this drama and their scenes and maybe rethink what relationship you were seeing because right from the start people knew she could do better than him. and even when she was packing in ep 38, not once did this man notice until she got his attention. he didn't even acknowledge her presence only when he criticised her coming late. i'm honestly so glad she finally saw the light and dumped his ass. even if she doesn't get with the president, i'm happy for her

the fact some people are criticizing SX for having principles that she cannot betray "morally high horse" is disturbing. did we all not just watch her almost lose her certification? if she decides to keep the truth about what XM is doing and it is found out, this could mean she might never work in this field again. i know the world is not all white and black but the audacity of people putting the blame of XM actions on SX if she decides to tell the president is truth is crazy. why is he praised for his cunning and manipulative self but she is criticized for having principles and hoping her morals high?

this drama was so heartbreaking but worth it. all the actors were amazing and i came to appreciate the character of Yang Shao

i guessing they didn't report it to the police and she just let him be independent knowing he would come back when he feels ready and safe because the whole reason he ran away was because he didn't feel like his parents was his safe space especially after what his dad did

i'm just here reading spoilers because i refuse to watch and get anxiety. the only drama that has made me feel this way was The world of the married and i still haven't finished it cause i watched everything via the clips on Youtube

imma wait till ep at least 35 to watch again cause i don't like anxiety. i also want to know when Maria gets fired because she is not doing her job at all

i just saw ep 22 and i'm so mad!!! this man fully asked her to stop seeing SX?! the heck and freaking Maria sees something in her which is why she is blocking her every step of the way and XM needs to move faster and confess to SX
