Sweet but flawed

Okay first and foremost I wanna say that I'm going to tackle all the issues I found in the show ; however, I loved it, it was sweet, heartbreaking sometimes and heartwarming others...
But. There is a huge issue with this show (and it might be related to budget) the audio engineering, the mixing, and the microphones quality are awful. It takes a while to get used to it. On top of that, when actors shout or talk loudly the mics are saturated. That would be the main issue I have with Pluto's production as the show is visually good.
Also, while Namtan, Film, Dao and Kapook are really great actors who easily convey emotions through the screen. The other actors are not as talented and the gap between them is enormous. Especially the male cast. However, the chemistry between Namtan and Film during the show is amazing and every scene with them is so sweet.
As for the story, there really is a pacing problem beginning during episode 6 until the end. The issues Ai and May are going through are taking them a painful amount of time to fix, they really have a communication problem that's way too obviously forced by the plot.
However, the show sheds light on so many important themes such as disability, homophobia, family, universal design, accessibility, friendship, and so on...
Overall, this show was really great but also had flaws (mostly related to budget and poor pacing).
