On a character level, SGQ is weaker than YWS and we have seen this on several occasions, for example with YZ's insect or when he asked her whose blood it was. YWS didn't fall into the trap of the bug and regards the blood she would have responded immediately that it was a nosebleed. In fact, SJ has YWS followed and has already said to YZ that he has other plans for SGQ. Regarding SW's position, it's natural that SJ is annoyed by ZY's constant self-proclamation although he has not yet passed the Trial, even if in the last episode there was a look between them that almost seemed like collaboration.
