You're right, Lady Wu stole Lady Ling's medical record (the one with the flowers on the water) by ripping out the part with the flowers and passing it off as Lady Lan's med rec to frame JS. The one in the clinic remains Lady Lan's fake medical record (drawing with a tuft of grass) with the herb causing premature birth. So Lady Lan's real med record still remains hidden at this point. What a mess 😆
